Your schedule seems to assume that you can check into your hotel in the morning when you arrive- eg.

Day 1-- ... get to a Hotel till 11 am... Get fresh & start Venice exploration by 12:30 pm....

and

Day 3--- 7am Venice train to reach Rome Termini station at 11 am ..... Check-in to Hotel & have some Meals ..then afterwards Will start Rome City Hopping

Almost all hotels have a check-in time around 3:00 pm. Many hotels have a space where you can leave your luggage if you arrive very early but you won't have access to your room to freshen up until late afternoon.

I checked Rome to Bari airport by Ryanair flight only one flight in the morning on per Saturday per week & one evening Flight on per Monday & the rest 5 days have 9pm or 10 pm night flight from Rome to Bari which will reach about 11 pm at Bari airport ..

Is this schedule follows through the year or it changes ??

Will Bari hotels allow so Late check-ins if I come through Ryanair night flight around 11pm or 12am to Bari hotel ???

As I have explained several times in this thread, now is not the best time to be checking flight or train schedules because all travel companies are operating a reduced schedule due to COVID-19

Abhijit, it's your time, your trip and your money, but I have to agree with the consensus here. You have too little time in the places you're visiting and I think you are underestimating the total travel from hotel to hotel.

It's not just the time spent in the air or on the rails. It's also getting to and from the airport, which in Venice is going to take more time because of the nature of the city. If you stay near Santa Lucia station, that would be good, but you will either need to get a water bus or a land bus to somewhere close to your accommodation.

The land bus will be quicker I guess, but then you will need to get to your accommodation. If you're lucky, then the time taken from the moment you leave the airport to the moment you arrive at the hotel front desk could be around 40 minutes. On the other hand, if you're not so lucky and have to cross to the Santa Lucia side of the Grand Canal, have to wait for a bus, or encounter traffic issues, then it could take a lot longer than that.

And there is always the possibility of train and flight delays. Potentially that could lead to half a day being removed from your sightseeing time.

I agree that this isn't a good time to research prices and schedules for trains or flights. I dislike late night arrivals anywhere and I also think that overnight trains can be a false economy. I've had some journeys, in a bed, where I've hardly slept at all and been very tired the next day. This has impacted on my sightseeing, especially when arriving in the early morning with no access to a hotel room for hours.

@RojBlake actually we will visit 4/5 European countries in a span of 3 weeks

First Paris for 3 nights..

Then Paris to Switzerland via train..6nights in Switzerland

Basel to Barcelona by flight..Barcelona for 3 night stay .

Then Barcelona to venice via flight...

Italy for 6 night stays...

Then Bari to Santorini by flight...Santorini for 3 nights stay..

& Then back to India...

I know it will be too much travelling for us as couple trip...but we are ready for it as it's our Dream Europe trip & we both want to explore as much we can...& That's why we are trying to know in details to plan accordingly for our Eurotour !!

Is a Full day Trip from Bari to Vieste ( Spaggia Di Vignanotica beach & baia Delle zagare beach) & return to Bari possible ? If not where to stay near it?

How much time it will take if we start travel early morning ? Is there a direct train route from Bari to Vieste ? Or we have to go upto Foggia / manfredonia by train & then bus to Vieste ? Or by renting a car? Which will be better?

Personally, if I had a day in Bari I would go to unique places like Matera or Alberobello(plus the Castellana cave), not to the beaches in Gargano. You have much more beutiful beaches at home, in Goa or Kerala, not to mention the Andamans.

@Luftmensch we are thinking of staying 1 night in Bari & 1night in Alberobello's Trulli kind of a hotel...

We really saw & liked the pebble beach side white cliff locations of Vignanotica beach ...Many famous Bollywood films have done shooting there in Vignanotica & baia Delle zagare beaches...so would like to visit those beaches..

Is a Day trip from Bari to Vieste & return would be possible ?

Wow, I didn't know that! OK, now I understand it is a must see for you, they look beautiful indeed. A daytrip is possible, but better to drive.

To Alberobello you can get easily by train and I also recommend to see the beautiful Castellana cave close to Alberobello and the train stops there too.

@Luftmensch - Yes...Bollywood star Ranbir kapoor & Deepika Padukone's "Khuda Jaane " song from movie "Bachna ae haseeno" shooted entirely on Venice ,,, Vignanotica beach & Alberobello...

& Akshay Kumar - Deepika Padukone's song " oh girl you're mine" from Housefull movie shooted on Vignanotica & Baia delle zagare mergoli beach...

You can check both the songs on YouTube... Many other bollywood films also done shooting over there ..& the landscapes - beaches looks absolutely stunning.....that's why as a Bollywood Fan we will definitely try to visit there ...

& India -- has the best beaches on Andaman & nicobar island... stunning White sand crsytal clear beaches...Goa & Pondicherry also has beautiful beaches...Kerala's backwater houseboats are very famous...

But Kashmir & Himachal Pradesh ( The Himalayan regions) are my personal favourite..

If you visit India again I would also love to recommend to please come to my city " Kolkata--- Known as the city of JOY " also...
