can you get a ferry from Jamaica to say cuba or the other islands and if so how long do they take and how much do they cost , please

I have never heard of a ferry from Jamaica to Cuba or to any other island.

Your probable next question is about airline service from Jamaica to some other island. The short answer is that it is limited. with service to Havana, Grand Cayman, Port-au-Prince and Port of Spain. Some of the routes are seasonal and/or less than once per day. To get to other Caribbean islands by plane you best option is American Airlines and change planes in Miami. Other options are Caribbean Airlines with a connection in Port of Spain and Copa Airways with a connection in Panama City (the one in Panama not the one in the US).
