I'll be visiting Aruba for the first time in June and want to rent a Jeep for the week. I have one on reserve at one of the American car rentals at the airport but kinda pricey! Is it worth it to pay more or can anyone recommend a local option. I've read a few reviews on different local companies and have narrowed it down to More4less and Royal, unless someone can suggest anything else or has a strong opinion about either of those places;)

26 helpful votes I have no opinion on the ones you asked about - but, we rented a Jeep from Budget a couple of years ago. Wasn't their finest vehicle, but it did the job and the transaction was quick and easy. We took it off road and that beat the hell out of it, which is likely what others before us did, hence the condition. (FYI - it wasn't our intention to be so rough on the thing, we didn't realize how bad the road we got on was. )
We've used Budget two other times and all has always worked out just fine. They aren't the friendliest bunch there at the airport Budget, but, the ease was worth the frowns they gave us.
