Warmest Water in January/February

Looking to get away very soon and desperately need the warmest waters in the Caribbean right now. Have done Aruba, Turks & Caicos, USVI, BVI, Puerto Rico countless times and the water was a little chilly in the winter months. Any new suggestions from some experts?

Aruba (and Curaco and Bonaire) will have the warmest water in the Caribbean. Turks and Caicos would definitely be a bit cool. We go to Aruba or Bonaire in the winter for warm water and windsurfing, and to Turks & Caicos or the Bahamas in the fall when the water there is nice (and warm).
