Somehow doubt it. Aljezur is probably the nearest.

Didn't see any, it is a tiny village. But this page alleges there is one but doesn't say where it is.

There is an ATM inside the "sports" bar on the roadside of the square.
A new ATM is planned on the other side of the main road opposite the square.

If they are the Euronet ones, avoid using a non Euro card to take cash unless absolutely necessary. Euronet charge a very high commission for exchange.
