Jardin tecina with thomsons

Hi, thinking of booking 10 nights in November for hubby's birthday. How does it all fall in to place with the ferry crossings and times and of course flights?

I've read that it rains in November but is still warm. Avoiding the rain.....Is it better to go in the first two weeks, middle two weeks or last two weeks?

If anyone has been with Thomsons, is it better to go with them or make your own arrangements?

Does it work out cheaper with Thomsons or pay as you go doing your own thing?

We used a holiday company - probably Thomson. Remember it was an early start on the return to catch the ferry. We were able to use a nice hotel on Tenerife to store luggage, lounge around etc. Food and drink you paid for. Someone who had travelled independently said they were going to get the early bus but ended up taking a taxi. They had banged on about how much they saved by going independent but after the taxi trip their "savings" had disappeared.
