Yes Fred Olsen run a small ferry between San Sebastián, Puerto Santiago and Valle Gran Rey
Go to Fred Olsen web site and put in La Gomera in as both origin and destination. There are currently 3 services a day showing but this may change nearer the time.

I just tried this and it turned out I found trips from PLAYA Santiago (La Gomera) to San Sebastian (La Gomera).The headline for the original question was about PUERTO Santiago. There is a PUERTO Santiago on TENERIFE but there seem to be no ferries from there. It's hard to tell which Santiago "Derbyshirersunlovers" actually was referring to (??).
