Wheelchair in Venice

Hoping to go yo Venice but my husband is disabled in an electric wheelchair. Transfer found from airport to Caserma Cornoldi/Vitlali meeting point. I know there are 4 bridgrs to get to St Marks square

Are theae bridge wheelchair accessible? Ive read that they have ramps over them. Is this the case please?

I’ve been to Venice with my mobility scooter. It really could be a lot more accessible, but it was doable by planning use of the water buses.

The local authority produce a Accessible Venice information leaflet.
