Princess Panama Canal partial transit accessible excursions

Hello. First time cruisers here, leaving in two weeks time.

Very disappointed to see very few excursions are disabled accessible. I’d appreciate info from anyone who’s done it before, within the last few years, and can offer any advice etc.

Many thanks.

You may get a reply here, but this could be difficult,

You may need to talk to the cruise company, see what they suggest (you may already have done that)

The tour has a page on TA, I assume this is the one you've booked https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g294480-d2534881-Reviews-Panama_Canal_Partial_Transit_Tour-Panama_City_Panama_Province.html

There ia an option to ask questions, and then all those who have reviewed the attaction are notified, and that might help.

This is awkward, but the site has changed, and I can't see how to ask a question! I'll see what I can learn.

Thank you. Princess do not offer a disabled accessible tour of the locks, so I’m trying to book independently. However, they can’t sa6 when they will arrive, which dock they will arrive into, and if wheelchair users can get off. It’s so frustrating. The tour operator needs to know when and where to pick us up.

You could try asking a question on the reviews page following the link in my first post, perhaps a reviewer may be able to help.

These instructions are for a computer or laptop, not sure if they work on a phone.

Scroll down to where it says ‘Contribute’ or use Ctrl & f (Find) and type Contribute

just below click on Q&A (next to Reviews)

Click on Read all replies to any question and see ‘Ask a question’ on the right.

Hope you get things sorted, it sounds a marvelous trip!
