Food was very good & there is a lot of memorabilia from the adventures of Antarctic Explorer Tom Crean. The owners are extremely friendly.

We visited the pub after walking 14K in the beautiful Irish mountains. It was a joy! As an extra bonus we met one of Tom Creans relatives. The pub is gorgous! The beer was very tasty. I would live to come back for a meal!...More

My husband regularly likes to call in here when in the Dingle area for the best fish chowder ever. On this occasion I had a wonderful goat's cheese salad starter for lunch. It's very good value and very atmospheric with all the photos of Tom...More

For anyone with an interest in the Antarctic Explorers this is a must. The rooms are filled with memorabilia, one could spend half an hour alone taking it in. The pub serves a red ale made by Tom Creans granddaughter which is worth a try.

Visited this pub whilst in the area, asked bar staff for a pint of Guinness, not very friendly, only drank half as it was very bitter, spoke to a member of staff, just looked at me with no comment. So just walked out.
