So glad we found this place. The coffee is the best we have had in our visit to Ohakune. The staff were all so friendly and the food was great. We had pizza and burgers and they were all really yum and well made. It...is kid friendly as well with a children’s menu. Would definitely recommend and would go back.More
This cafe was busy when we arrived, basic cooking, but good - we all ordered scrambled eggs and bacon and they were done really well - good coffee, great pricing - we left happy!
Called in there on Thursday on way to Ohukune for hot chocolates and coffee.
Also purchased x3 BLt buns between us.
Sat by the cosy fire and had our drinks.
Took the buns with us for later.
Well when we finally ate our lunch on...the bike trail. We all agreed that they were the best. Fresh. Crunchy bacon. Wished I had bought two for myself!
Highly recommend them.
Definitely would buy from there again.More
Ate here a couple of times during our weekend at National park. Definately recommend the big breakfast and the coffee is fantastic. Loved the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere.
We order chicken pizza for dinner and it was so bad. The pizza is really burn. I know it's wood fire pizza, but as a professional, should know how to avoid burn food. It's not worth with the price.
The only thing amazes me is...the vintage stuff in the cafe.More
Came in for a delicious breakfast of salmon eggs Benedict and good coffee . Really friendly service. great Kiwi atmosphere And mountain of memorabilia.enjoyed
Had an early lunch here with a group of us on a motorcycle ride.
I had the BLT which was tasty and fresh.
Some of the group ordered hot food and wedges and the servings were huge.
Well priced with great service and meals cooked...in a short time.
It was a nice day so we chose to sit outside and enjoy the weather.
A nice stop in a remote place.More
Wonderful...we had stayed at the Chateau but wanted to breakfast supporting a local business - this cafe was atmospheric (heritage displays) with very friendly staff who served superb coffee and generous eggs benedict (fresh ingredients!)
