Came here for lunch today whilst the dog was being groomed down the road. It was an off chance find, but what a find it was. Service was quick and attentive with some good humour thrown in for good measure. A good balanced menu with...good local beer on tap too (always a plus for me). Food was well cooked and presented, the twist on the homous by adding some Indian spice to it was fabulous, as was the rest of the food we had. It was busy, we were lucky to get a table - so plan ahead.More

We have been regular visitors to Billys Now for 6years and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere, even played in there with the band on one occasion, but the last two visits since the new management has been in place there has been a definite...fall off in standards, gone are the welcome smiles and nice touches like good granary bread etc, (just sliced barely toasted bread), it is now just a cafeMore

Visited here for the first time this morning. Had booked a table by the sea, but this was not available as it was sooooo busy. We ordered cooked breakfasts and these arrived with the coffee. Coffee was good. My food was luke warm, but I...didn't complain. Had it been less busy, I would have asked for it to be reheated. Nevertheless, we would go again. The food was good, service pretty fast and great views of the sea. Worth a try.More

Tuesday 16th lady on till at entrance had the dirtiest finger nails I had ever seen on someone working in a cafe! I thought when sat at the table waiting for my meal if she brings my meal over I cannot eat it, luckily some...kitchen staff brought it over. It had already put me off my food which was such a shame, something as simple as clean hygiene is not much to expect in these crazy times. Needs addressing!More

We looked forward to visiting here, having seen the good reviews. We had booked in case it was busy, as indeed it was. Our drinks orders were taken and 5 minutes later, the food orders. 10 minutes later, a different waitress arrived to take our...drinks order again. I explained it had already been given and we were waiting them. After another 10 minutes, our drinks were delivered to another table. They realised and then brought to us, 2 of the drinks were wrong. It should have been an oatmilk cappuccino, oatmilk latte and an dairy latte. We got given a dairy cappuccino and 2 oatmilk lattes, they took away and rectified. The food arrived, 4 breakfasts, that said on the menu included sauté potatoes, they all had hash browns. When this was queried we were informed they didn't have any sauté potatoes on site. I wish we had been told this when we ordered as 2 of us can't abide hash browns and would have asked for something different had we known. Also, it was given us on the stroke of 11 o'clock when the 2 minutes silence started. So the food sat for that period, getting colder. I feel they should have held the food back to be kept warm as they knew the silence, quite rightly, was going to be observed. The breakfasts weren't out of the ordinary, same as others we have had elsewhere and the mushrooms looked and tasted as if they were tinned. When I went to pay, I was given the bill of the table next to us which was only for 2 breakfasts! Half what ours would be. I did point this out and paid the full amount we owed. All in all, service was sporadic and food average. Expected so much and was disappointed.More

Not to be missed, worth the walk from West to East. Sat on beach with incredible food. Halloumi if required! Easy to social distance in the queue. As always a queue is a good sign. Worth the wait too

Very overpriced and an unwelcoming vibe from the staff. The menu is okay but nothing special, not many options. Wouldn’t recommend.

I enjoyed my visit to Billy's where I sat with my family overlooking the sea. The lunchtime snacks are good and the staff friendly. We enjoyed the views of the Isle of Wight. I shall go again.

Great service sitting outside watching the beach. Nice coffee, great chips. Very popular...book if you want dinner. Menu looked impressive. I wish we could have spent more time sampling the food.
