Our group of 8 really rsted this cafe. Very friendly owner and efficient service. Clean and it has a nice atmosphere. Food was fresh and the home msde bread was delicious. Croissants and other bsked goods were to die for!!

Skipped b’fast at home in Auck in order to try out some of the local cafes on Great Barrier. Decided on the Pa Beach cafe for breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. Great bacon and eggs, really friendly and welcoming staff and some of the coffee I’ve had !... can thoroughly recommend!

What a fabulous cafe. Food was amazing, fantastic four cheese pizza bread, cinnamon scroll, cheesecake, and coffee. All fantastic. Were on the island for four days and went there three times. Would have been four but they were closed on Mondays! Thanks for making a great holiday even greater.

Coffee varied from really good to only just average, the cabinet cakes yum, tried an afghan and ginger crunch. Back for lunch and had the steak sandwich - tasty with tender slices of steak, just a couple of raw pieces I hadn’t counted on. Nice outdoors with birds around.

Thank you for the eggs benny, the tables outside was lovely and the wildlife super friendly, I think his name is Ron, the staff really friendly, food cabinets filled with home made treats, definitely a place on the island to stop and take a break, Breakfast & Lunch, just perfect, thank you for being friendly, we will be back, pop in and dine, you wont regret it.

We had breakfast here one day which was absolutely delicious with great coffee; succumbed another to the fabulous cabinet treats. Lovely friendly staff, good indoor and outdoor seating.

Living on Great Barrier Island, I love going to Pah Beach Cafe for a special treat when I am in Tryphena. The food is delicious and sometimes even exquisite, and staff are great. Try the baking, the salads, the breakfasts. Yum.

We had several lunches here while on the island recently and found the service, garden setting and food all to be most appealing. Much nicer than the place closer to the wharf at Tryphena (by a long shot).
