Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We unfortunately were staying next door at Coconuts, which by the way. Would not recommend to anyone However we found shortly after arriving that there was an amazing little family owned bar / resteraunt and fales not 100m down one of the nicest located beaches...in all of Upolo, Samoa. We ate here over 50% of our meals as the prices were so good. The staff so friendly. And the drinks freezing cold! Just how we like them. I highly recommend this place to anyone.More

Stayed 2 nights in the open Fale and also had a closed Fale which had a toilet and cold shower. The beach is lovely. We had use of kayak and SUP. Does get shallow at low tide. The toilets are clean and there is a...cold shower. The breakfast was fantastic and some nice food for dinner. This place sits between 2 upmarket hotels which you could go to for dinner. Owners are very friendly and will look after you. I would stay againMore

A great relaxed place to come and hang out. Lovely beachfront vista and our food delicious. Great to sit with a beer and food. Well priced and a tiny walk from either Coconuts or Sinalei.

Went here a couple of times whilst staying at nearby accomodation. It’s right on the beach, with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. My partner loved the burgers and I was able to make some of the vegetarian menu options vegan by taking off a few ingredients....We loved relaxing and having some lunch and cocktails here!More

This is the place to dine at on the South Coast of Upolu. The service is friendly and the food delicious. The sandwich fillings are awesome and generous, for example. I loved the beach views and the sense of peace and quiet as well.

Really awesome location right on the beach. Loved the service and food, although I wish there were more menu options when I stayed in the beachfront fales. This business is family owned and managed by a lovely Filipino couple. Lots of locals and visitors frequent...this beautiful spot and I highly recommend a visit when you are on the south coast.More

Loved my stay in the tiny house next to the beach. Price is very reasonable and no AC is not a problem. I had to check out a day early because of coronavirus, and there were no issues using the missed night towards my food...tab. Francis and Rio go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They even cooked some traditional Filipino food, which I loved. It's kind of crazy to me that they have such a talented chef yet the official menu is the exact same as every other place. I hope that the management considers putting some of this delicious food on the menu to set Ocean Club apart from its neighbors and offer something different on the south coast.More

During a recent stay at Coconuts Beach Resort, our desire to spread our tourist dollars around found us just along the beach at this little gem, a tiny bar with a handful of tables located in a fale right on the beach! Bottled local beer...prices were on a par with the local convenience store, and a reasonable chardy was available by the glass at about the same price as a beer. We were only after finger food so settled for the taro equivalent of CCs, delicious and cheap as! Can't recommend it highly enough for a Sundowner :-)More
