A pleasant lunch spot. He enjoyed the beef burger which was very good. She had the crispy pork belly which was not so crispy chunks of deep fried pork belly with salad and a very sweet dressing.
The crowd was overwhelmingly 75+.

First visit here and all our expectations were exceeded. Great landscaped setting a d a friendly welcome. The staff quickly stood out and explained the specials which came out promptly. Entrees of calamari and bruschetta were plated professionally and the calamari was outstanding. We both tried the mains special of barramundi set on bok choy with sweet potato balls. Could not fault the dish and the fish was perfectly cooked and was a match with the Tassie Pinot Noir. My wife then chose from the dessert bar to enjoy with cappiccino. What an amazing lunch and we give credit to the wait staff who really made our day. We definately will return and tell our friends.

We were invited by locals to their "hideaway" who had been warned of a very busy lunchtime, so, we arrived as suggested at about 13:30. Service was prompt & we ordered promptly from the specials list, however, time passed & we wished we had ordered some "nibbles" as the wine appeared, as always, almost immediately. By the way the SA Pinot Grigio was actually a WA product, typo issue.
We were often wafted with the aroma of bacon cooking from the extractor fan which was very low & that just made us even hungrier.
The meals arrived, well presented & of good quality & quite filling, 3 Snapper & 1 chicken.

Always fabulous! We enjoy regular breakfasts and lunches at Curly’s. The staff always greet you with a smile and are very attentive. The food is always delicious, the only problem you’ll face is what to order. The coffee is great and the wine selection is really good. I look forward to visiting Curly’s again soon.

We come to the Sunshine Coast regularly from Toowoomba and Curly’s has always been a must for breakfast each time we come (no matter what part of the coast we are staying). Just wanting to give a shout out (once again) to Curlys and the staff for always exceeding our expectations with both food and service. The food is always on point - I highly recommend the Persian eggs for brekky! But the friendly service is why we keep coming back!! Today Danyelle (the General Manager) struck up a conversation with our 2yo which he found brilliant! After his breakfast she brought him a colour-in booklet and bag which made his day!
We can’t recommend these guys highly enough! If you haven’t already, you have to try Curly’s on the Boardwalk!!

This cafe is a little off the beaten track being tucked away on the edge of an apartment complex that is itself located on an isolated stretch of beach. . The cafe has no ocean views, but the landscaping around it is pleasant and away from busy roads and shopping centres. It is very quiet and peaceful.
The breakfast menu includes all the usual fare, plus some interesting additions. We found the food to be well cooked, well presented and very delicious.
Service was very friendly and helpful and there is a choice of seating locations. Pricing is very standard for cafes.
We would happily return for another breakfast, or just for a quiet, delicious coffee.

I cant speak highly enough of this restaurant. The friendly service was a breath of fresh air. They made each and everyone of us feel special. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Paying was no problem with each person paying for their own separately.
Absolutely nothing was a hassle.

We have been in Maroochydore for 2 weeks and lunch at Curly's was the best meal we have had so far. Delicious food, fabulous service good value for money, if we lived here it would be a once a week venue. My prawn linguine was superb and my wife's pork belly salad was also a treat. Thanks Curly's, we will be back again next Friday

This little gem has a lot going for it . The food is really good and it has good breakfast options and a good little wine list . I have taken to cycling here to pick up my excercise rate . The kitchen has some staff that really know how to Cheff . The pork belly asian salad is tasty and healthy . The fish uusually Perch is absolutely perfectly cooked as can be seen by the photos . Service is good , but some people need to realise that you are actually meant to order at the register . At any rate i will continue to

Carly’s on the beach is so good! Great easy to get to location, friendly helpful staff and amazing meals. I’m pretty much vegan and often find it hard to get good meals, at Curlys I had plenty of choices and really glad I chose the vegetable stack it was delicious! My partner had the pork belly salad and was equally impressed. Looking forward to coming back here again.

Two mates and I decided to give Curlys a try for one of our Grouchy Old Geezers lunches and came away with nothing to grouch about!
No doof doof music or traffic noise to put you off your food, a menu selection that rose above the usual, good size servings and fast and friendly service.
10/10 will be back,

Took a friend there because I love the ambiance.
When ordering breakfast I asked three, yes three
Times for my coffee to be hot.
Coffee arrived luke warm and my partners fritters and bacon were cold.
I had my coffee replaced for a hot one(why not get it right the first time) and my partners second coffee was complimentary after we mentioned by his hot meal was cold.
Staff lovely and very obliging, but still the meal was a disappointment.

Always deliver 110%
I used to visit Curly’s quite often while visiting my friend who resided in Mt Coolum. At that time Curly’s also provided dinner. We have tried breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner - they always delivered. The food had always been phenomenal. I remember carrot cake was exceptional.
After my friend moved interstate I stopped coming over to Mt Coolum but last month my bestfriend for decades came to Queensland for first time. Of course I brought her to Mt Coolum and visited Curly’s. After years absent, I am so glad that nothing hasn’t changed much except that they don’t serve dinner anymore. This time we went for breakfast and ordered Mince and sourdough, Egg Benny’s and Haloumi for aside plus coffee and fresh juice. All were too notch!
My bestfriend who travels around the world and visited so many restaurants was so impressed with the quality of food and service… and I am so glad I brought her to Curly’s. Thank you.

Breakfast gathering for group of 4 and staff all very friendly and efficient. Nice ambience although not in favour of dog friendly venues. The main disappointment was the bacon which was overcooked and not enjoyable for all of our dining group.

Thank you for your feedback and for visiting Curlys recently.
It is a shame you don't enjoy the crispy bacon as much as our locals do....or their fury friends. They too are loved by the neighbourhood.

Despite mixed reviews about Curleys we thought we would give it a go for our last breakfast on the Sunshine Coast. Bad decision. Arrived at 8am, opening time, it took 20 minutes to be served and another 20 minutes for food to be delivered. Coffee was burnt, the worst coffee experienced in years. Toast with Eggs Benedict was not cooked, savoury mince was good. Junior staff seemed disorganised and not confident with their roles, manager advised there was only one chef on and there was nothing she could about it. Barking dogs at tables spoilt what otherwise would be a pleasant ambience for inside or outside dining. Heaps of potential but not worth a visit at present. All other dining experiences on the Sunshine Coast have been excellent.
