we were in Nikiana for the second time in two years, on our first visit we only had the village wine by the carafe. We recommended this to the friends we were entertaining on our second visit, but this time we also had food, absolutely superb, the service is top quality, the staff are lovely, the setting is out of this world, you can have your table as close to the sea as I've seen anywhere in the world. Given the circumstances of this year, I can also confirm that I never felt at all uncomfortable as the restaurant set out perfectly for Covid and the staff always wear masks at your table. The food is equally good, you must try the zucchini and/or tomato balls, these are my personal favourite but the rest really enjoyed sagnaki mussels.

We had our wedding here (35 people) in July 2021. The waiters are incredibly nice and kind, the surroundings are stunning and the food is really nice and clearly made of fresh produce. We came back a second time for a couples dinner, where we once again had great service and a very nice dinner. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Lefkada ☺️

Had dinner here last night. We got a table right on the sea front. Food was delicious. I had mussels in ouzo (drunken mussels) for my starter
Plenty of them very nice. My partner had zucchini fritters he really enjoyed them very large portion 5 in all. We also had bread and hummus put on the table after we had ordered. I choose the little fish as my main. Simply grilled small fish 7 altogether. My partner ordered BBQ octopus which came with beetroot puree and a salad. Big portion of octopus. Very tender he said. Altogether with a bottle of wine and bottle of water it came to 73 euros. Well worth it. We will be back.

Easy to park at this restaurant which is always a good start. We had booked but probably hadn’t needed to but then given a table right on the beach. We shared some zucchini balls, like a tempura, very nice. For main I had fried shrimps & had eight so a good portion, my husband had the fresh tuna souvlaki which was excellent and he was asked how he’d like it cooked. The rose we had was also very good (see photo). Overall a nice evening even being 1st September that the wind was up & actually starting to get a little chilly!

The most beautiful and amazing setting to have a meal or just a drink. The best beach front bar and restaurant I’ve ever been to.
I stumbled upon this oasis of tranquility and beauty by chance and it was an amazing surprise. I haven’t come across a nicer setting to chill out and eat in all of Lefkada.
I had the Tuna souvlaki which was delicious and cooked to perfection and they even asked how I would like it cooked. Their homemade tzatziki is the best I’ve had and I’m Greek! I cannot recommend this heavenly place highly enough. If you’re in Nikiana it’s a must!

We visited with a couple of friends with small kids and babies
They charged even the babies for a slice of bread each!
Rude personel.
Severely overpriced restaurant
The place is full of wasps making it dangerous to eat safely with the kids
After the meal all the restaurants at the area
give free desert and fruit.
We were given nothing at this restaurant although the bill was more than 160€!
There are far better places nearby

On arrival we were abruptly asked if we had a reservation, the restaurant was virtually empty. When we said no the waiter sighed and took us to a table. We then waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken. We weren't even offered drinks. All the waiters bar one were surly and unhepful. The food was ok but the service and attitude of staff was awful. This spoilt our last night in Nikiana and I don't recommend this restaurant.

Not only was it the most amazing romantic setting, and while we were in the restaurant a private one too, but the food was the best we had on our entire trip.
We started with two salads - a greek one and a vegan one with balsamic vinegar and pomegranate seeds. Both fresh and filling. Then my wife had the vegan orzo pasta, full of flavour, and I had the seared tuna, which was perfect. We each had a beer to wash it all down. Excellent location, service and above all food. Simply perfect.

The restaurant is next to the beach, it is a nice location. Cons: the staff was not well organised (as a couple we ate in waves; i got first my dish and not all at once, partially cold, then later my partner received his dish and so on), the waiter didnt know a dish had side veggies and we order an extra for nothing. It is more expensive than other places on the island.

having heard great things about this restaurant, we didn't hesitate to walk 1.5 miles for dinner.. but what a disappointment. We waited 15 minutes to get drinks and were underwhelmed by the flat tonic in the gin and tonic. Then to hear, 30 minutes later (they were not busy) that there was no fresh fish and there was no local wine available did not predispose us to believing our efforts had been well-spent. Let's focus on the good points. The waitress was charming. The sea bass (not fresh but cooked from frozen) was tasty and the highlight was the exceptional grilled vegetables. The frisky cats were a joy to observe and the setting was beautiful. I know it is towards the end of the season but the prices do not reduce and expectation of customers who are looking for a memorable evening should not be an afterthought.

Grate place on the beach with view and grate food. The food has a verry good quality and is also delicious. The desert is from the house (watermelon) and at the beginning a cream cheese appetizers. I highlly recommend this restaurant.

Restaurant on top of the island, at least for our taste, in 2 weeks that we were on the island we came 4 nights, I can not find a flaw, fantastic location on the sea, surrounded by greenery and with a crystal clear sea at the table, staff (everything) extremely kind and ready to intercept your every need, impressive speed in serving dishes especially in the presence of 4 children as in our case. Moving on to the kitchen we record tradition, freshness and abundance as characteristics of all the courses we ordered... from excellent moussaka to TOP fried zucchini, from fabulous fried calamari to expertly executed octopus salad, from supreme tuna to ombrina with delicate / delicious meats, even the tomahawk steak was not bad.
To finish the desserts, above all the hot chocolate heart soufflé accompanied by vanilla ice cream, a special mention for the cake soaked in orange .... a show. The prices too honest for the level they propose..,..
Highly recommended and if anything we will return to the island a must will be ANASA TOU ZORBA.

Very cute restaurant overlooking the sea in Nikiana. Varied menu, from fish to meat. We opted for seafood dishes + tzatziki.
Mussels poached in ouzo, octopus and delicious Horta (local vegetables not on the menu), wine and water €30 each. Final watermelon offered by the house. I would say excellent price and friendly staff. The only flaw is some slightly annoying bees/wasps. I recommend going for dinner after 8.30pm.

We celebrated my partners birthday while on holiday and after great reviews chose Breath of Zorba. Location is ideal, food was good and service was as well. Decent menu and nice wine options. We booked in advance and had to ask to sit at another table as the one planned for us was on the end by all the beach goers/kids still enjoying the evening. They were very accommodating but a bit confused as to why we did not want that table when others, more suitable were available on the other side.

We spent a wonderful trusty evening in this place literally dining with our feet on the sand. The dishes served were all excellent, vegetables and fresh fish, well cooked. During dinner, we were accompanied by a pleasant background music due to the presence of a band in the venue. The scenery is simple and very natural, we would stay there again
