Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Through out the Winter this is the families post Saturday sports meet up spot. Quick and easy choices with a good range of cabinet food. Lovely for a quick coffee and chat.

A group of us booked ahead and all set up for us. There was a good selection of food at very reasonable prices. The food was hot. I would definitely go there again if I was in Pukekohe.

This cafe was one of the cleanest, brightest places I've been in in a while!. The staff were attentive and helpful too. The food, as well as being displayed really attractively, was delicious when sampled!! I had one of the chicken camembert and brie filos,...and it was crammed with filling!! The salad thàt accompanied it was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend it across the board!More

Breeky, Lunch, afternoon Tea, done em all here. Over the last 4 or 5 years we've had occasion to stop at the Pukekohes Nest Cafe. It's always been clean and the staqf have always ben brilliant, food is well above average and the whole place...is vibrant and warm, always. Would go more often, but there are other places in Pukekohe that we have not been to. None better in Pukekohe so far.More

Good place to be as it is not very big should you want a little less human activity. Their coffee is good as well as the food that is on offer.

Stopped for breakfast and coffee's before a car show - service was quick and the food very flavourful. My partner said it was the best mocha he had ever had. Would go back if we are ever in the area in future.

Go here often as a couple and with grandkids aged 8 mths to 5 yrs old. Very children-friendly with highchairs available. No play-area but if you get a table near the window, they could be easily entertained with the traffic driving by (we find ours...are ok with the food and watching other customers!). Food is delicious, coffees are awesome and staff are so friendly.More

For heath and higene reasons I urge you to keep driving. Not what it used to be. We walked in to grab a coffe and a bite to eat and when we seen the food in the cabinet we quickly changed our minds, felt bad...so we ordered a coffee. The fist thing I noticed was the mud and dirt at the door on the inside and thought hey it's kinda the country. The coffee wasn't the worst we have ever had but sitting at the table it was so filthy, the s & p shakers were caked in food and hair and the tables were caked in food in the cracks, I left feeling like I needed to scrub myself clean and thanked god I didn't order food as the state of the place was disgusting. Sad to see this place has gone to the dogs!More

We were searching a good cafe to have our brunch for our journey from Auckland to Matamata. By chance, we stopped by this cafe. It was a worthwhile stop as we had a great meal. I remembered the Fish & Chips and Bacon, Eggs &...Avocado were fantastic. Another awesome meal.More

This cafe is away from the main drag of Pukekohe, but well worth a visit. We both had full flavoured coffee's and a slice of cake. I changed my mind several times before settling on the Bailey's & Mars slice, my wife had the Custard...Slice. Both our cakes were nice and filling without being to big and sickly afterwards. Staff were friendly, the cafe was clean and tidy, several times the staff checked that everything was clean and, also changed the serving utensils.More

This is a bakery cafe, of which there are a few in Pukeohe. Also, many breakfast cafe's in this town. I tried some of the others but will only eat here from now on. Firstly, the food is deliciously prepared and there's a good range...of breakfast options. Second, it smells like a bakery, not a fry food shop, as some of the others do. Third, the coffee is fantastic. The tables are spacious, it has a natural light environment, washroom is clean, prices are very affordable. Easy to stock up on take-aways for later in the day too. Good place for the traveller and popular with the locals.More

They got my order for a ham, cheese and onion toasted sandwich wrong. The new version arrived with a tiny bit of ham. The server wasn't interested in doing anything about it. I would avoid this place even if I was really hungry.

My baked potato was half a small waxy lumpy object with cheese and a bit of tomato on top. The custard lime slice was tired and gooey. However enjoyed the tea.
