Friends gave my husband 4 cash voucher for Lemongrass so we invited them to join us one night.
My husband after dinner went to pay with two vouchers knowing there would be a extra charge, but was told
he could only use one voucher a sitting.
No where on the voucher does it say that, these where cash vouchers, so instead of a $20 extra charge the bill
was $70 and we still have 3 vouchers.

Situated in the Te Awamutu town centre, Lemongrass was recommended to by our Airbnb hosts. We were not disappointed. The staff were friendly, service was fast, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered to share - Lemongrass Chicken, Seafood Pad Thai, and a chicken pastry starter. And for dessert we had the sticky rice cake. We will definitely come back if we're ever in the area again, and would definitely recommend the place to others.

I tried this establishment many years ago but didn't rate it. Very friendly foh, clean dining space, speedy service. Great menu selection with a wide range of authentic dishes.
We tried pork, chicken, and prawn as out meats and were not disappointed. Tomyum soup was a real pleaser with perfect heat, the restaurant keeps getting better. Great job!

The meals were so good we went back again the next night. Good value for money and delicious food. The ingredients were fresh and nicely cooked. It was hard to decide on only one choice (hence why we went back again) as there was so much to choose from.

This restaurant was recommended by locals and did not disappoint. The vegetables were so fresh they were almost jumping off the plate. The flavours were wonderful.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.

I love going here the meals are always good. If you are not sure what you want you can ask the staff who always recommend something. I have never been disappointed with anything I have had to eat here

I’m pleased to say that the quality of the food here has returned to its usual high standard. We used to be fairly regular customers until something desperately changed and the food became so-so and unflavoursome.
Great news though- it’s back to being delicious and so we’ll be back regularly again.
