Nice Food

Ate here twice in June and again in July 2020 while in the area to do some walks and bike riding. Nice friendly staff. Great Duck Cashew stir fry and also enjoyed the Red chicken curry. The soursop Thai drink is delicious. Not much duck in the serving but plenty of vegetables and cashews and the flavour is fantastic.

Chef cook too long

Me and friend went here twice for dinner at 3 and 4 March 2022. First visit 3rd March, the waitress lady ( black hair ) was not delivering a good service , she’s even putting the drink and plates with loud noice on the table, I can feels that she’s not happy to serving customer. Only two of us dine-in and 2 other takeaway customers. Because not many options in this town so my friend and I comeback to this restaurant at 4th of March. This time is different, a waitress lady ( blonde hair ) delivering super excellent service. That time the restaurant was so busy, servicing more than 3 tables and the phone keep ringing for someone order takeaways but the waitress keep serving all customers with smile, friendly and professional. Unfortunately I don’t know her name. She is the only waitress at dinner time today , 4march 2022. I would like to say thank you to her. The only think not perfect tonight is waiting time. The chef took long time to cook our order, stir fried veges.

Just order mains for takeaways

We were here for a takeaway dinner. We ordered three entree and one main dish. Unfortunately all the entree dishes were over cooked to the stage where the pastry just crumbed and the fillings were dry. Most of it went to the bin. The one main was fantastic. Great flavours and it got the taste juices flowing In fairness it was a Monday and not many staff were present. If we were dinning in ,we would have returned the entrees

Long wait very little chicken

After waiting 50 minutes for one takeaway very disappointed. Chicken and cashew more like watery chop suey...very little chicken you load up with vegies..I saw you measure a miserable lot of chicken. Mushrooms dont go in this sort of Thai..no other Thai restaurant this at all. Dont bother for 17.50..better if with chop suey next door.

Disappointed

The service was good but it slow (with only one other table at the time). Ordered two dishes, the pad Thai was good, but the red curry paste sizzling plate was not great. Disappointed as the rating was good on this site.

Paeroa Thai Restaurant

Have visited many times and return always this place is so clean the meals are superb, fresh and moreish. Love the currys and 21 is a favourite. Sometimes there’s a wait but good food takes time. Never are we disappointed

Great Thai flavours

After a long trip and a dinner stop we had planned on another venue but this caught our eye. The food came quickly, a good selection of dishes. Yum. We will be back next time we’re passing through.

Spot the chicken I thought I ordered 2 tiny pieces of that the rest vegetables and source. No flavour no chick previous experience has been great this was terrible.

Good Thai food in Paeroa

Lovely food. Good vegetarian omelette. Service was a little slow but this may have been due to reduced staff due to current lockdown. Small restaurant but clean and tidy.

Awesome Thai Food

Tasty dinner

Staying nearby and looking for dinner. Short walk from Motel. Found the dishes flavoursome with lots of veges. Not busy when we visited so service very quick. Would recommend

Fresh tasty food in a spotless restaurant

We were staying at the Pedlars Motel (great value motel) just around the corner and decided to have Thai for dinner. Not many people there which is now a mystery to us as this was one of the nicest tastiest meals I have eaten in some time. Tasted very fresh and was just yummie. The girl waitressing could do with a refresher course but pleasant all the same. Try it out if passing through or staying near by. A must and won't disappoint.
