A small restaurant run by a very hard working couple, the man is the chef whilst the lady does everything else: take/serve orders, clear/re-arrange table, collect cash etc. Serves set menu which comes with rice, miso soup & pickles : breaded pork/chicken cutlet, grilled fish,...fried por, sukiyaki, etc. English menu is available. However, signboard is not in English, we missed it the 1st time. 5 minutes’ walk from Hotel Naturwald Furano We enjoyed the food, prices were reasonable prices. You eat at a long wooden counter. Will return if we are in the area.More

Sanjin was a great find, I refused to eat the buffet at the hotel I was staying at because the flyer look faded and unappealing. The food here was reasonable and delicious. I found a payphone and some candles in the restaurant and one of...the candles was from Sea Live Park Hawaii. I made sure to say "Aloha" when leaving.More

Really, what more is there to say? Ok, 100 word minimum - food was great and the service was good. The restaurant was small with a lovely atmosphere.

The duck hotpot and sukiyaki are both stand outs. We also recommend the baked fish. They are very local and not prepared to handle the ski rush. If it is busy the staff is easily overwhelmed and the service/food suffers.

This restaurant is situated nearby to Furano Delice. For our first dinner in Furano , we decided to head to Sanjin as it is nearby. We order various set meals for the 6 of us with some side dishes such as tempura. Highly recommend the...grilled pork with rice and the beef sukiyaki. Servers are able to speak some english which made ordering a breeze especially for foreigners. Parking may be a hassle if it was a peak time. Luckily for us we manage to get a spot right in front of the shop. It was indeed a good dinner experience and we left with a happy tummy.More

Must try the beef sukiyaki!! The chicken katsu is really good too (their speciality is katsu actually) but I really I very much prefer the beef sukiyaki because it's less dry. Quaint little shop at Furano and recommended by locals.

This cost small restaurant makes super yummy food. Their crab croquette is so smooth and creamy. The beef hotpot is really good as well. They are full house every night that we were there for dinner. Highly recommended to visit this restaurant if u are...in Furano.More

We all love the beef sukiyaki! The duck hot pot was very good too! It is one of the restaurants that should try out if you are in this area. However the restaurant is small with very limited seats. Good food and not too expensive!

Great dinner of sukiyaki and tempura washed down with sake. Just what we needed after flying in from Melbourne.

This is a small restaurant in Furano’s main street near the ski resort run by an older couple. They offer some basic set meals popular amongst the Japanese people; both Japanese-style and semi western-style dishes. We had set menu dinners with grilled fish and deep-fried...potato croquettew (korokke). They were good-eating. Pricing was very affordable for JPY1,980 for two without drinks. We saw many people were turned away as their seating capacity is limited.More
