Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nalia Restaurant occupies a prominent position in the culture park near to the giant tea glass. The view over the sea also takes in the land reclamation building work. Lorries going to the site disturbed the peace of the area even late into the evening.
The architecture and design of the building is spectacular, both inside and out. The luxury of the toilets is almost worth a visit in itself.
Welcome was warm and helpful. We were quickly shown to a table and relaxed in the atmosphere created by lighting, music and the warm temperature.
The menu was typical of restaurants in Türkiye with prices a little higher than nearby restaurants, as expected for such luxurious surroundings. No alcohol is served, which is usual in Rize, but there is fair range of drinks.
Then the dining experience deteriorated. There was obviously something fascinating on the phones of the serving staff, as attracting them away from their screens was a major undertaking. We ordered a two course meal and the first course arrived promptly and was OK. Sadly the second course arrived almost straight away, so we asked for it to be kept warm until we had finished our starters. When the main dishes were served again they were cold. After again making an effort to attract a server to the table, the meal was taken away to be warmed but was luke warm at best when served for a third time. We gave up and ate.
What had started off as a good experience had turned bad, and our much anticipated meal in a full service restaurant turned sour. I hope that training improves, because the surroundings is deserving of better food and service.

It is a very stylish place where you can try local recipes. The staff is friendly and the food is quite delicious. It should definitely be a frequent destination for travelers. In terms of price, it is not exorbitantly expensive. However, I think he deserves every penny.

Their staff is a disaster, and the menu has nothing to do with Rize cuisine, in short, it’s a place made for the Arabs. Once you’re inside, diners will see it easily. The storefront is beautiful but empty.

I think the reviews are exaggerated. the pides are moderate, the dried beans are bad, I don't think they know what roasting is, they brought flagship stew before us, and you'll eat the best at a craft restaurant on the street

Very stylish and delicious. I went for the first time and was very pleased. It represents Rize cuisine very well, is reliable and above standards.
