Great tasting food and excellent
service.
We stopped here for lunch in the hope that we would experience something a little bit more exciting than the usual & we were certainly not didappointed.
We will definitely be dining here again next time we're in Waipu. (May even make a special trip over)☺️

We ordered takeaways from here while we attended a family get together. We ordered a few different plates, and we received more than enough to feed us all. Great range and catered for our 2 members of the family who have allergies & celiac. The food was tasty and good sized portions. All 11 of us were impressed. thank you.

This is the best Indian food we have ever eaten. Most amazing flavors, apparently they cook on charcoal. Very authentic. Only problem I had was that my ideas of what I could fit were different from my stomach. So much delicious food. We'r going to be working our way through the menu.
The staff are lovely, all smiles and also very efficient. The restaurant itself enhances the whole experience. It is spacious with a peaceful atmosphere. All in all a top notch meal.

2 hour wait for the food after sitting, no utensils, no water provided, service struggled with communication. I’m appalled. It was not even busy. Entrees took longer than the mains. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to point out my discontent. Definitely not coming back.

Restaurant in need of some love, waitress was friendly enough but beer and wine selection was very poor, and food was pretty average, samosas were great but one of the accompanied sauces was overdone with what must be food colouring, curries all of our group found overly sweet, naan and popadoms were not bad.

Menu said “twice cooked potatoes cooked in honey and chillies.” Actual dish was previously frozen french fries from the super market with chilli sauce also from the super market, side plate sized serving for $16. Absolutely criminal, asked for refund and was refused <>

Terrible service. They had absolutely no idea. Lost our order. They asked us several times what our order was. They had run out of beer. We walked out after 40 mins.

Called up in the afternoon for a table of six, we got there on time and noone had a clue about the bookings. Very terrible management they offered us a table in half an hour.

We picked up takeaway to bring back to our caravan on holiday and having not tried it before we were very impressed. The butter chicken sauce was delicious and the chicken was beautifully tender. Cheese naans went down a treat and were a hit with the kids. Best butter chicken we have had! We’ll definitely be back. Next time we’ll eat in!

Absolutely faultless meals.
We live in Mangawhai Heads & have a Madly Indian TAKEAWAY shop, with limited "eat in" spaces, due to been very busy. So we decided to go to the Waipu Branch with our family for a meal.
The meals were INCREDIBLE. Full of flavour & cooked with pure love & authenticity.
We have been to this restaurant twice now & cannot recommend it highly enough. We cannot wait to go back again. Thank you for an amazing experience.
I'd also like to point out that the waitresses we had were AMAZING. We experienced an OUTSTANDING service. Thanks so very much

If you love quality Indian cuisine with the expertise of a master chef at the helm, then you must stop here. I have tried almost all the indian restaurants in Auckland, and the food here would complete with them!

I ate here for the first time last week. Was very impressed with the size of the meal. Wasn't huge just the right size. Very very tasty. Staff are happy and friendly.
