The foods were good and have excellent taste.
The atmosphere was chill and clean that made comfortable while im eating.
The server named Ginby was very pleasant on helping me pick the foods, while the other server who gave me the food named John presented the food very well and even tell me to enjoy the food which is very nice. Thank you all

I visited Macau for vacation and it was good. I went to Parisian and eat in one of the best restaurant in Macao which is Crystal jade located at Parisian hotel. I love their noodles coz it is handmade and also the dim sum like xialongbao and Shanghai pork bun which is similar to soap and all of them were very delicious. Good thing i listen to the server who is very good and friendly and his name is Ginby. One server also is very friendly and jolly which is Lima. Happy I chose to eat in this restaurant. My whole day was a good vibe day. Thank u

We went here in this restaurant and we order the xiao long bao,dandan noodles and the prawn with chili sauce. It was so tasty and delicious.the server Lima was so nice and friendly.i will surely visit again for my next dish🤗🤗

La Mian in Hot & Sour Soup, Steamed Shanghai Xiao Long Bao and Braised Minced Pork Ball With Vegetables are very delicious and juicy. Waiter and Waitress are very nice and friendly especially a waitress called Lima serves very well. It’s a great meal for my family.

We visited this restaurant twice during our 3D 2N stay in Macau. Met Henry who was patient when we ordered our meal and carefully explained the food we wanted to order.

A Michelin star yet casual environment. As I’ve frequented this often, let me share how having a delicious meal with a dear friend was truly delightful. Crystal Jade, a restaurant that combines casual dining with traditional cuisine, offers a wide range of regional Chinese dishes. Their signature Xiao Long Baos, filled with premium fresh pork and steamed to perfection, are accompanied by a flavorful broth that is simply irresistible. The service is excellent, make me feel like dining at mother's kitchen.
The waitress named Yan is doing a very good job.
The lady is very active, and serving at least 10 tables at the same time. I notice that she is quite professional of understanding your all dishes in menu, and always marking quality recommendations according to different customers' preferences.
A restaurant can train so many quality employees will deserve a good business. And indeed, the business is good.
Certainly, I will recommend all my friends to dine here when they visit Parisian in Macau.

The service at this dim sum restaurant has been exceptional. The server has been very attentive and proactive in ensuring my dining experience is pleasant and comfortable. They have checked in periodically to refill my tea, clear away empty dishes, and provide recommendations on menu items. Their friendly and cheerful demeanor has made the meal all the more enjoyable. I appreciate the server's keen attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. The xiaolongbao is delicious, the soup is not greasy, not particularly salty or sweet, the meat of the lion head and xiaolongbao is also very fresh. We had an amazing dining experience at Crystal Jade in Parisian Macao. The dishes we tried were all fantastic! We had their staple Xiao Long Bao, Salt and Pepper Tofu, Pork Fried Rice, Pork Dumplings with Chili Oil, and La Mian—each dish was flavorful and freshly prepared.
A special shoutout to our server, Apple, who was incredibly attentive and ensured we were served quickly since we were quite hungry. Sir Eric, another staff member, was also excellent, communicating well and making sure everything went smoothly.
Overall, it was a 5-star experience from food to service. We will definitely be back!

The portions are huge and the food is delicious! The service staff is friendly and will proactively inform you of special offers.
My favorite is the salt and pepper golden tofu. It’s crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and has a bit of garlic flavor. It’s delicious! Will want to come again!

The staff is friendly and the food quality is good.
The inside of the restaurant is spacious and comfortable, and the menu is written in Chinese characters, but there is small English at the bottom. You check it on a piece of paper and the staff confirms it before ordering, so it's great because you don't have to say everything!

The waiter Lima was very kind, especially since the children had masks on the table. She brought us a storage bag to put the masks in, and was very attentive. The service attitude is very good and the food is delicious. Chongqing boiled beef ramen tastes very authentic, and Shandong hand cakes are very fragrant and delicious. All the meals were very special and delicious. I will come again next time I have the opportunity.
