Out of sympathy for the measures taken to remain accessible despite flooded cycle paths, we had lunch there. And we really liked that. A nice authentic beach pavilion where excellent plates (hamburger and salad) are served quickly and efficiently. Fine!

Family restaurant with heart and soul for the profession. Always cheerful atmosphere and food that is carefully, yet quickly, on the table. There are also dishes on the menu for vegan eaters. Our regular restaurant when we are in Schoorl.

We had a great lunch here. On the board was still 4 hours open because was last day of the season. Not everything on the menu was still there but there was still plenty of choice. We took a nice 12 hours. Service was great. If you ordered drink within minute at your table. Food was also fast (especially considering the crowds). Prices are fine. Location is super on the beach of Schoorl.
Definitely recommended. Is seasonal so from 24 Sept 2024 they will go into hibernation.

Friendly service, beers I like (La Chouffe, Affligem).
Ordered 1 plate of fries for the two of us, as I'd seen how big the plates are.
Waitress asked if we wanted another fork, considerate.
Nice location (of course) to recharge halfway during our hike.
