Staying on property at the Grand Bliss and had the most incredible experience tonight.
If Francisco is your server consider yourself very fortunate. He is very knowledgeable and very professional & our Spanish is limited to ordering cerveza and counting to 20. His English is perfect.
The bread service is beyond perfect- piping hot & served with 2 homemade salsas.
Make sure to order a specialty cocktail that is made table side. My Dacquiri was perfectly made.
Quality & presentation of the food is 10 stars. From the pear salad to octopus to grilled vegetables & the eggplant with melted cheese …worth dining here.
It was a treat when the General Manager, Manuel, stopped by our table and was genuinely interested in our experience. I was so full I could barely talk!!

We wanted to go out for a special dinner for our last night and found Quinto. We were able to sit outside with beautiful ocean view and the service was impeccable. We had Alfredo and Adrian serving us and they were amazing! They were so helpful with the menu and recommendations and we enjoyed every course, from the bread and oysters to steak and salmon, all delicious. We mentioned we love tequila and Alfredo introduced us to several different types and flavors. He was so knowledgeable of the various types and their origins and ages. It was an unforgettable experience.

Even though they got our order wrong and brought us the same fish vs 2 different ones, we still thought the meal was great. Despite it being very windy we braved sitting outside. Attentive and friendly service . Grilled Oysters especially good. US prices.

We LOVED our experience at Quinto. The atmosphere was modern and sleek and the bar chef was top-notch— perfect for date night.
Our server, Fernando (Garcia), was extremely attentive and excellent with being accommodating to our dietary restrictions. My partner has celiac disease, and he went above and beyond to ensure that not only could she safely eat everything but also that she had an abundance of options to choose from! Thank you Quinto and Fernando!

First class atmosphere and staff will welcome you to this excellent steak house but don’t be fooled. The other appetizers and entrees are just as good. If you want a steak, this is the place. First, the mixologist with make you an amazing margarita. The rib tips with guacamole are a great starter. The lobster entree is perfectly seasoned and grilled. Shrimp entree is excellent also. It is expensive but worth every penny for a great dining experience.

We had a wonderful dinner at Quinto. Our waiter, Fernando Garcia, was outstanding. Not only was he friendly and professional but his knowledge about the various cuts of meat were unparalleled. The atmosphere was breathtaking especially if you eat outside. Everyone we encountered from the manager on down was superb! Next time you are at Vidanta Riviera Maya make a reservation at Quinto!!

We always enjoy our evening at Quinto and the steak selection is amazing. We tried the ribeye cap and it was fantastic. Also enjoyed the baked potato, asparagus and wedge salad. The bread is delightful! Unfortunately the service was extremely slow despite the restaurant not even being 1/2 full. We waited for an hour after we were done eating before we received our bill. My guess is that because we did not order expensive wine and shared a few items that we were forgotten about.

We did our last dinner at Quinto and loved it. Definitely worth - Fernando our waiter was great and the ambiance and food special. We enjoyed an outdoor dinner early evening looking at the sea

This was an amazing wonderful experience. We had the steak and lobster dinner reserved beach side in a private cabana style Tiki our waiter Benjamin was excellent. He paid very close to every detail and was more than willing to make sure everything was perfect. His service was amazing and the food was excellent. The fresh lobster was like a M&M. It literally melted in your mouth.

My whole experience from the moment I opened the door until the time I left was impeccable. I’ve traveled and eaten out many fine places and Quinto is amongst the absolute best of the best. Especially my wonderful server Fernando!

Quinto Steakhouse - Service was impeccable. Both Alexander and Enrique provided superior service and made our last evening at the Vidanta Rivera Maya Steakhouse (Quinto) an enjoyable one. We plan on returning and will definitely make Quinto a stop for a delicious steak dinner and hope to see Alexander & Enrique again. We’ll be sure to ask to be seated in their section. They made our dinner date an enjoyable one!

Loved our dinner at Quinto to celebreate our anniversary. Fernando our waiter was fantastic, super attentive and knowledgeable. We had the rib eye and shrimp wrapped in bacon. Dessert the pecan nut cake on recommendation of Fernando and the afogoto. So good. Very nice dinner with views of the sea.

We had a spectacular time during both our visits. We discovered Quinto last year and decided to celebrate my sweetheart birthday there again. Maximiliano, Juan and Luis were amazing with perfect service and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend!

This restaurant is in Salum on the Vidanta property. Six of us dined at Quinto. The food and presentation of the food was excellent as was the service. The surrounding were lovely and you could dine inside or outside. I would rate the cost of a meal as $$$$.

I was staying at the vidanta resort and I sussed this restaurant out prior to my arrival I pre-booked and had the fixed Prix menu which was amazing I liked it that much I returned the following evening the ambience in the restaurant is amazing the staff are attentive and absolutely fabulous there is seating upstairs and outside as well it is definitely the most upmarket restaurant in the salum part of vidanta
