The buffet changes to meet the needs of customers. There is now a full asian food section that was not there last year. Foods are cooked to order or fresh off the grill. The staff hands out the food for safety and other than desserts and a few other things everything is covered. There is a wide selection of Asian, Mexican and American foods and desserts, salads and fruit. You will not go hungry here. There is bar service as well

Honestly this was my favorite part of staying at the resort. Even when they were crazy busy they always accommodated us and the service staff were on it. The kitchen staff were always so kind even when it was so hot and they were working so hard. The food was always delicious & they had daily staples that were a must plus always whipped up a lot of new dishes every night. Chef Octavio was amazing as well and you can tell he’s so passionate about his craft and checking in on what more he can do for us! The variety and atmosphere was phenomenal. I’ll be back for this amazing buffet and food!

Service is very slow. Some of the people are very nice. However, the service Is extremely slow and inconsistent. I would not recommend going to this resort. Let me clarify. I have been a member for several years s. When we first came here we were treated very well. Recently we have made a trip to the grand paraiso. I will say I will not be back. The food was disappointing which can be over come by good service: while we have had some people that are very nice we have had others that seem to not cate at all about members. Being a rose good member I would expect to be treated at least the same as all of the other members. During this trip I have been asked to check out if my room early to accommodate others: wow:! I have never experienced this at any other resort. To the owners. I would not think this is how you want your members treated. I can tell you as a business owner my self I would want to know if I had customer let along a rose good treat this way.

Regardless of you likes and dislikes, the buffet offers a wide variety of excellect food. I would highly recommend it and can guarantee you will not be diappointed.

There is so much selection, even some gluten free options for those with dietary restrictions.
They serve great Mexican food and other varieties as well. Be sure to try their desserts.

This was our third year going to Paraiso but the chefs, cooks and staff outdid themselves this year! The food was unbelievable. We thought that they had a lot in the past couple years but they had an even bigger variety this year. The restaurant is always immaculate and the staff are very attentive.

Wonderful selection, surprises every day, foods from different countries as well as Mexican. Refilled before getting old and empty. Desserts to die for. Spanish specialties ,cava,queso iberico, jamon serrano,tapas etc.Sushi,sashimi, Thai coconut cream soup,tiramisu, a foodies dream.🤗

Open for breakfast and dinner. Wonderful oatmeal. Eggs cooked any way. Good breads. Variety of options at both breakfast and dinner. Only issue was at breakfast when there was never enough of their delicious bacon ( don’t judge me- know it’s not healthy). Servers work very hard to help their customers. Dinner was very good also. Enjoy!

Yes, it's a buffet, but every day the selection is slightly different. Sitting on the edge of the water, the view is amazing. The staff is first rate, and always ready to refill glasses and make sure everyone is happy. Try the sushi, every day different kinds of fresh grilled fish, and if you want it slightly rarer or more well done, the chefs will gladly accomodate. Try the paella, the grilled octopus, and for breakfast, the selections are amazing - even if you are watching your weight, the selections are endless.

Lovely restaurant with wide selection of food and desserts. One of the highlights is the taco’s which are delicious and the chefs definitely know how to interact with guests to get them to try new things ....

Everyday the food changes. There is always traditional Mexican food. So many choices. Beef, pork, chicken, salads, fresh fruit. Deserts. It all taste great!
