Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The best sushi aren't part of the buffet but it is still great for the price compared to anything you can find in Toulouse.

I visited Sake Sushi as part of a big group for lunch, and was impressed by their lunch buffet. The lunch buffet comes with a small appetizer, a bowl of miso soup, and needless to say, any number of plates of sushi on the conveyor belt. While the variety of seafood for the buffet was limited to salmon and tuna, the selection of dishes on the conveyor belt covered most of the standard Japanese fare, with wakame seaweed, kappa maki, aburi salmon nigiri sushi with different (French-inspired) toppings, and a number of other types of rolls. At 15 euros for the lunch buffet, this was definitely a steal. In addition, I noticed that the place was quite spacious, so it might be a good place to hold large gatherings if desired.

One of the restaurants I come back to very often! The concept is original, and the different makis, sushi and other are very good! I recommend going to lunch because the Award is much more consistent than in the evening compared to what you will eat because it is very hearty (lots of rice in each room). For the all-you-can-eat menu a skewer and a miso soup is included which is quite nice because you won’t find any on the carpet (too bad though ..) on the other hand desserts are nothing more or less than frozen that can be found in Chinese at will which denotes a little but it’s ok. Trip Tip: Book even if it’s for 2 as it’s always crowded and you’ll have to wait on the side until someone finishes. The staff could be a little more friendly it is true but considering the world there is at each service I can understand that they are very expeditious;)

I noticed that when they removed the lids from the tables they did not wash them but tested them with a micro fiber and put the lids back on the other dishes hygiene training for all staff would be welcome

Very good value for money. Lots of choice, Maki completely balanced in terms of rice and garnish. They play the game unlike other restaurants which overload with rice. Having gone there several times, they have even improved in terms of quality and choice, I recommend

All-you-can-eat sushi concept on a conveyor belt, fast and efficient service, salty and sweet sushi, fair price for quality and freshness, I recommend
