How is Howl At The Moon rated?

Despite being busy (which is very normal for this establishment), staff were very accommodating and helpful. Food was its usual large portions of a variety of various food options at a respectable price.

Terrible service

Usually love the service from howl at the moon as I am a regular customer but this time around I came out for lunch and I met the most rude waitress, no mannerism, very blunt and did not present herself well. Very disappointed I expected...more from an adult!More

Very poor customer service

Twenty minutes to take our order (after reminding staff we had already been seated) and another hour before our food arrived. The place was busy on Sunday lunch time but that should be expected. The excuse that there was a trainee chef seemed a bit...thin as it took so long to take our order. Rather spoilt a birthday lunch.More

Amazing staff!

These guys were awesome, we came in on an extremely busy night and staff were working incredibly hard to make sure everyone was well looked after. Food was fantastic, very happy with our choice of restaurant!

Great night out

Tasty for Everyone in the family

Excellent meals all around. Tasty, hot, delivered in a timely fashion and with genuine care and smiles! 4 adults and 1 child ate 3 Nacho meals, an open Steak sandwich and a thin crust pizza with drinks for $120.00 bucks!!

"Wedding Anniversary Meal"

We recently decided to celebrate our Anniversary with drinks and a meal at Howl At The Moon. Both of us decided on the Taco Platter which consisted of pork belly, prawns, crispy chicken and a salad. The meals which were prepared by Chef Trish and...her assistant were superb. We managed to share a Guinness Chocolate cake desert which we thoroughly enjoyed. Always a great place to eat.

First time back to the Moon in 8 years, left the area and really missed the place. As always the food and service was top notch. Decor is cosy and warm. Great menu selection. Highly recommend.
