very nice kebabs we found them very tasty and filling if only a little warmer inside they were a bit cold but very delicious a combo deal is awesome very friendly people and a great price highly recommended we will be back

Authentic Turkish food, everything is always fresh and he place is always very clean. Proprietor is very friendly.

The 3 of us stopped here for a quick bite on the way to Te Anau. We had 2 kebab rolls, one lamb and one chicken. Both were tasty although I preferred the lamb which was tender and juicy. They were a generous size so...us 3 girls shared them between us. They were also not spicy at all. Plenty of shredded vegetables in them, word of caution onions too so tell them if you want them left out. I had difficulty getting rid of the onion taste in my mouth after the meal. We also had hot apple tea which was delicious tangy and not too sweet, just right on a chilly day.More

A group of us headed here for a quick lunch while passing through Gore. The quality of the food was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. An added bonus was that we could sit and eat in! Definitely recommended!

This is by far the best Turkish kebabs we have ever had. The owner’s family are also very kind, generous and friendly. Highly recommended whenever you pass through Gore.

We stopped over for an early lunch and shared a kebab plate. The food was excellent. The owners were very friendly and helpful as well; a sauce bottle in our groceries leaked and they allowed us to wash our bag and groceries in their large...sink and gave us a cardboard box to hold the groceries after that.More

The owners are wonderful and the kebabs are my favourite item on their menu. The friendliness of this family is lovely and they treat you well. I go at least once or twice a month ... every time I'm in Gore really.
