Lovely lunch was had at The Thomas Green by our group of 10. Wait staff were very friendly clear and helpful. The food was very nice & coffee was great!!! Well priced and didn't have to wait too long either. Really nice ambience. Definitely recommend...The Thomas Green. ThankyouMore

We were excited about trying the new menu as we have had a horrible experience before. We were attending a family friend's surpise 60th dinner. The first waiter we had a lovely young man was great, we had some family members with complex allergies and...dietary supplements. He went over the top to assure that our meals would comply with our needs and to ensure we knew what ingredients were in our meals. When my meal arrived it was a little bit of a disappointment... the beef wellingtons pastry was not crispy it was soft and soggy and was swimming in a pool of gravy. The salad had no appeal to it, not much fillings and there was no dressing or anything. Other members complained that their seafood kai moana baskets had more batter than actual fish. Then we asked to see the dessert menu and had to actually go get someone to take our order. We were then greeted by a moody young waitress who made it very known we were an inconvenience. She took our orders and yelled abruptly "Anyone else?" after each order. She took each family's members menu after their order aggressively which reflected her mood. These family members were elderly and didn't need their menus snapped from their hands. One of the birthday party members asked if they were busy in dining room as we were in a private room. To which she replied. "No". We were left confused as to why there was a need for her attitude and frosty presence. Please remind your staff of the importance of customer service and how it goes a long way. Unfortunately won't be coming back and neither will others of our party.More

First and foremost, no table check how's our meals. Standard service is zero. My husband had to ask for soup of the day. Scrambled eggs is so dry!!! My 15 yr old daughter can even do it better! Upon payment, girl on the counter had...to check with her work mate "which table are these lots from?" And didn't even ask how's the meal. No friggin manner! Hey owner or Manager, please train your staff properly! Won't recommend and will spread this sour experience!More

A group of ten of us went out to celebrate our wedding anniversary and most of the group were terribly disappointed in the meal size, and servings. Eg, the pork belly (two serves) was miniscule - two small pieces of pork, with no crackling, the...garlic potatoes had no garlic and the cokes were full of water. We have been there before and had a nice meal but this was abysmal. Our local friends will not be back either.More

My husband and I came in for dinner and had a young tall blonde lady by the name of Kourtney, she was so very polite, bubbly and had amazing manners. Checked on us every 10-15 minutes and made sure everything was great! It was such...an amazing service and she was always on top of her tables as we watched her give the same service to every other table she was given. Very awesome to see someone so passionate about her job as she will go far! The food came out fast and it was absolutely delicious!! Loved this place and for sure will be back.More

Firstly my meal was cold, and they very happily took it away and brought me a new one. By that stage my companions had finished their meals and I had to eat mine alone. The table we sat at wasnt clean and there was a...cobweb hanging from the light shade. I went to the restroom and the floor looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a week. There was a lot of stuff around and behind the toilet brush holder and the rubbish bin as well, fluff, hair etc . Just felt the cleanliness of the whole place was lacking. Also my companions were given each others meals, one was waiting on his chips, it was then I looked and realised they had been given each others meals.More

My mother and her good friend attended today to have one of their worst meals ever. Hotpot was cold, meat was like rubber and uneatable. Other patron had steak which was full of gristle and again not worth the money. Staff seemed un interested and...made mention that they would speak to the chef but nothing really changed. If you want to charge good money at least provide good food and at least look interested. In the current times if you deliver this in a small town people won't return. A sad display of bad customer service and the food was 1/10. We left still hungry. I have had better at a local service station. Will not be back ever !More
