A good spot for a coffee with great views across the valley. Most seating inside, although there is some outdoor seating. Interesting photo displays.

I needed WiFi so decided to go for a coffee. After I've had seen the menu, I took breakfast too. Since Mount Cook Village hasn't much to offer, this was a great place to sit and relax

Yes, it's been very wet here the last week or two and so instead of everyone out walking they take shelter with steaming hot chocolates and coffees etc. So delighted that you loved the meals and the atmosphere. Thanks so much for letting us know....More

Had an amazing pizza and wedges. Super friendly staff. The ambience is great with all the old mountaineering related stuff on display. The views are great overlooking the village and mountain. Absolutely must do thing in mount cook village.

While staying at the Village, we had lunch twice at The Old Mountaineer's Cafe. The food is very good, the staff are friendly and the view of the mountains is enjoyable. Recommended!!
