Good pub food, very generous portions. Good pub atmosphere. It is the only place to go to have a family meal. Good service and friendly staff.

We had a large family group and they were able to cater for us even though we were ordering meals all over the place. the seafood chowder wasn't very seafoody but the rest of the meals were great and great portion sizes.

If you want a nice place to relax outside with your 4 legged freind then this is the place to go. Great lunch menu with a great range of tap beers & cider. Well worth a visit.

Stopped for a quiet beer after booking into our accomodation approximately 9.30 pm . Were advised immediately that the kitchen was closed and we couldn’t purchase food....host responsibility??? One beer purchased off the tap was undrinkable, when advised the keg needed to be checked there...More
