Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

At 1,600 meters above sea level, overlooking a breathtaking panorama, at the Mudlerhof you will find great quality of service and a rare staff helpfulness. All the foods are very good, the desserts not to be missed and the spirits (in Germany the " Schaps") are no exception! When sunset arrives, in front of that paradisiacal landscape, you will have to fight with your melancholy to be able to take your eyes off so much beauty and to distinguish what is reality and what is fantasy.

Delicious food; good variety of choices; incredible Mountain View; English menus available too (in addition to the German and Italian of course). Try the pine-Prosecco spritz!

Everything was perfect. Good austrian beer as well as nice and light local white wine. Great food, both main courses and deserts. And the view topped it all off! It was fantastic!

Long windy road to get there but it was worth it both for the great views and the lovely food. Friendly service and good choice of dishes on the menu. Great evening.

I went for dinner with my parents. The place is on top of a mountain and the view is stunning. We had polenta with melted cheese, pork steak and roasted potatoes. All excellent plus strudel as dessert. Great place but preferable to get there for lunch as the road is quite steep.

We have been fortunate to spend many vacations in the area and have always enjoyed the Maso Mudlerhof for its excellent food and for its STUNNING panorama. It is above the Tesido Meadows - a lovely place to take easy walks as incredible scenery is laid out in the distance. Heavenly in the summer!

This little restaurant is located amongst fields and woods, with an amazing view of the Italian Dolomites. The road to get there is quite narrow, winding up a mountain slope, but the view is worth it. The surroundings are also nice, if one wants to take a stroll before (or after) dining. Food is simple but good, mostly made from fresh, local produce, and at a good price. Service friendly enough. On the downside, tiny parking lot (but one is available a little bit further up the road) and not super easily accessible if there's snow or one doesn't know how to get there. Reservation might be needed especially in high season.

Every year when we are staying at the Lienharterhof, we enjoy a walk up to the Mudlerhof (+/- 40 min walk). If the weather is nice, stay outside on the terrasse and enjoy the beautiful view of the Dolomites.

I have been going there every year since i was 2. It's an awesome restaurant/agriturismo. Easy reachable by car or through an half an hour walk through the woods. beautiful location!! the food is genuine, natural, fresh and authentic; all for a rather affordable price! This place never let me down in 20 years! It's simply good for anyone who loves the mountains!

We had lunch on a Sunday at this farm/restaurant, with a wonderful view of the peaks of the Pusteria Valley. The cuisine is typical, generous portions and cooked very well. The value for money is excellent. There is also a good choice of beers on tap and wines, including bulk wines.

Very nice place, in Tesid, but very high up with superb views of the Dolomites. The place is large and hospitable, all made of wood with a central stuba and windows overlooking the mountains. The food is really excellent, from dumplings, to crescents, to soups like the very special barley one. Furthermore, the portions are generous. The quality/price ratio is high: low prices compared to quality and hospitality. To return!

We returned to the Mudlerhof today, after 5 years. And it was once again a wonderful experience!! The restaurant has a beautiful wooden dining room with full windows, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Dolomite chain of Val Pusteria. Nice dishes, very good and with excellent quality/price ratio. In particular, for us, the best dumplings we have tasted in Alto Adige. Friendly, precise and fast service. Absolutely recommended!!

I had dinner in this establishment last night... for the first time... a dinner as a couple... and I must say that I was very happy... first of all with the typical and rustic location which I must say is very beautiful... and then with the dishes and the kindness of the staff. I recommend it if you want to eat in a beautiful and above all good place.
