This place was perfect to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. The location is surrounded by greenery and the garden with olive grove looks like a postcard from how beautiful it is. The food was great, quality and you notice being prepared with passion. We were greeted with attention and kindness, we dined in this beautiful setting accompanied by a light background music, we ate divinely... all this made our evening magical. and 'was everything perfect! We could not make a better choice for this very important day for us! Grazie di cuore!

Excellent lunch ruined by a group of rude people who never sat at the table. They had a room available, there were prams, a dog looked like a horse. Always walking around the restaurant, inside and outside, always with a glass of wine in their hand, they liked the waiter who wanted to give them, I think, a stop with the wines, he said 16 bottles even before the starter came out, they claimed that the menu included wine and we had to bring it to him endlessly. What people if they don't know how to stay in a restaurant and not respect all the people who go there to spend time enjoying good food in peace. It's good that these people don't go to restaurants but eat at home. Rude, uncivilized people. The mortified owner apologized to us for the incivility of those people, if you can call them that. Unfortunately, it's not your fault, Mr. Paolo, if some customers don't know how to live together. Congratulations for the beautiful restaurant and excellent food. See you next time..

My boyfriend and I had the most romantic diner at l'Osteria de l'Acquolina. We started off with a plate of Tuscan apetizers - that were over over delicious - and ended with the classic Pici pasta. Service is very kind and always happy to see you. Went here twice and got a table between the olive trees the second time. In short : would recommend. Thx again!

We chose this restaurant for a company dinner....agreed on the menu, the price (40 euros) and...... A disaster !!!!!!! From 8.30pm we started with the starters almost at 10pm....small portions and of poor quality....agreed on two seconds... and served one Menu with drinks included but...surprise!!!! Wine ... 58 people ... 18 bottles and then .... for a fee ... non-existent side dishes We had also requested three vegetarian menus Served roughly and only after several requests To act as the "icing on the cake". "coarseness" of the owners In the same evening 3 company dinners... inability to manage so many people Conclusions ???? Never was a more wrong choice

We chose this location with friends to spend some time together but we were definitely disappointed. Starter with measly croutons (at least put half a slice of bread in it!), truffle slices which were scarce in quantity, with non-existent truffles, which looked like carpaccio given how thin it was and also served cold, roasted potatoes heavily impregnated with oil and lard (I tried to take one with the fork and the splashes arrived on the plate of my friend placed in front of me), hyper-salted fried artichokes... without considering the service conducted by inexperienced and super clumsy kids. Unfortunately, only the memory of the old Acquolina remains.

Overall negative experience. Slow and, unfortunately, unprofessional service. For example - last but not least - a waiter involuntarily hit one of the people at my table, hurting him very much: we did not receive even the slightest apology/attention from the owners! Overlooking the fact that we had agreed on a menu but received something rather different, the food - which they had spoken very well to us about - is among the most overrated in this place. In detail and in order: - Starter: Hard raw ham, children (under ten years old) are brought a spicy seasoned bruschetta; - Ribollita: cooked bread with the addition of cooked bread and some vegetables (black cabbage, this unknown); - First courses (absolutely the worst dish): Maltagliati with Chianina ragout: the ragout is excellent; but the maltagliati were stuck together in a single dough! solid block on the plate, inedible! - Arista: very dry, served without a sauce to accompany the very dry meat. - Sliced: hard, very peppery, and tasteless. - For dessert we had asked (also) cantuccini and vinsanto, as was said above: never seen before! De gustibus non disputandum... but there are objective limits

Immersed in the greenery of the Arezzo hills, upon arrival we were very impressed by the lush lawn in front of the veranda. The interior is extremely well kept, the kindness of the staff in the room was truly sensational. The Florentine steak with Tropea onions was incredibly tasty and of good quality.

We had dinner in this lovely place, and I'm not just talking about the food! the Owner stopped and explained so much about his cuisine and the waiters were very professional and nice. We had a table near the olive grove and unfortunately to a certain group I think of French people, began to ruin what was the quiet of the evening and the place, also embarrassing the staff. Recommendation not to accept a clientele not up to the fame of the place!

It was a Sunday lunch, a real disaster! Arrived at 1pm, left the table at 5pm. They had forgotten to bring us the first course and when we asked the waiter for information, we were told that seeing the table set, they had assumed that we had already eaten it. I think a lot more organization would be needed. Prices, in my opinion, absolutely not in line with what is served.

We went to eat at L’Acquolina last Friday with five friends and had a wonderful evening in a magical setting. The food is really excellent (including for vegetarians who are received with open arms), the decor in the middle of an olive field is splendid and the service is fast, warm and very pleasant. When we arrived at the restaurant, a large table behaved more than revoltingly towards the staff, insulting and humiliating them in front of our appalled eyes. The group left promising to “destroy the restaurant” and they wrote several particularly false and defamatory comments about what happened during the evening. The whole terrace and staff were shocked after their Check-out, but the waiters came to their senses with remarkable professionalism and served us quickly and warmly. We give them our full support in the face of the derogatory comments we read and thank them for this wonderful evening. We recommend 100% L’Acquolina, go ahead without hesitation!

Quiet and welcoming place. Dinner with friends was nothing short of perfect, both from the point of view of the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the food. The rediscovered and true Tuscan tradition that I recommend to anyone wishing to spend an authentic and quality evening.

Deplorable service. Despite an order error, namely 9 dishes out of 12 served and the remaining 3 after 45 minutes after multiple reminders, no commercial gesture. If the food stays good, the service isn't worth the Award. Run away!!!

Was at this restaurant few days ago. This place is situated in the olives groove with beautiful view. Food is excellent, but rabbit was a pure art! Exquisite dish: the best I have eaten so far. Waiters are really nice and friedly also the owner who helps when there is a rush (it would be nice to see this charming man in a white shirt, it would make this place even more elegant ;) ). I will be back again for sure!

We came to dinner Friday night with 5 friends and had a great evening at the Acquolina. I recommend this place 100%: the pasta and meats (la tagliatta) were delicious, the service warm and the setting beautiful overlooking an olive field lit with lampions! On the other hand, we were shocked by the very aggressive behavior of the table behind us that screamed at the waitress because 3 dishes, ordered later, arrived 20 minutes later and not 45 as I read in the hateful comments. The group decided to leave immediately by making a scene vowing to "destroy the restaurant". Go without fear, you will have a beautiful evening!

Absolutely beautiful place and a hidden gem. The food is amazing, the service is great and staff are so friendly and good at their job. Went with a large family group with two young children. The restaurant offered a simple meal for the kids and the setting allows them to roam around in the olive grove and play with the dog or cats, while the adults enjoy their meal and the beautiful view. We were so happy with the place that we returned and managed three visits during two weeks. Highly recommend the pici with ragĂş, the Carnaroli rice, the sliced steak and the citrus sorbet (not all at once though).
