Great!
They serve a 5 / 6 / 7 course dinner from the earth (meat), sea or field (vegetarian).
We dined twice in three days, with three children, which was no problem at all. Although the second time we were seated at a private dining table.....:), which was perfect for us!
Dishes are well prepared and when you start eating slower to postpone finishing your meal you know you are in the right place!
Service was outstanding!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Great location, Great service and not least outstanding food.
We all chose the “Terra” menu variant.
The Casentino trout was perfectly prepared, and the pigeon was so tender that it melted on my tongue.
We witnessed a staff that were authentically focused on giving us a great experience.

A gastronomical tasting treat (with service gaps unfortunately) alongside the Arno River in the countryside. The staff is good but need more expert training (or ideally a senior manager directing them). For example, we arrived 15 minutes early and were told to leave and return haha. I asked if we could sit in the waiting area which was empty. The host relented and allowed us to do so. I am not a fussy diner; however, if I am at a Michelin 1 Star charging around $200 per person for a lunch & wine then I would expect that the wait staff would clean the table of crumbs from the bread. Did they ever? Not until we had completed dining. So for me service is good. As for the food, it is all fresh, well prepared, immaculately presented and of course tasty with a pleasure palate of diverse tastes. The atmosphere is pleasant especially a table overlooking the Arno below. The facility has a modern design. The value is off given the service gaps. Would I dine here again? Possibly. Would I recommend it to others? Yes, with the caveat about service that I mentioned.

This was an unexpected find. The restaurant is not visible from the street. You need to go down a small walkway to find the restaurant. You enter and are greeted by staff who will take your coat. From there you enter the dining area which has glass windows and a view of the river and bridge above. The staff are very attentive and the sommelier is very knowledgeable. They have a prix fixe menu that is outstanding. We were a group of 6 friends. There were 3 couples there on a Thursday evening. If you are looking for an upscale meal and good wine it would be hard to surpass Terramira.

We had a unique visit to Terramira. The restaurant is decorated with high-quality interior design, contemporary, elegant and harmonious at the same time. The atmosphere corresponds perfectly with the cuisine. The courses of the two menus (tradition or innovation) can be freely combined. It is completely understandable that in this case, one table is asked to order the same thing. All courses are wonderfully harmonious and of the highest quality and deserve the Michelin star at a rarely experienced, consistently high level. Italian cuisine at its best - if you have never eaten pigeon, you will really make a discovery in the current menu with its perfect preparation! The friendly and very professional staff in particular make the evening an unforgettable experience - at this point we would like to thank you once again for the excursion tip to Pienza (we would have missed it otherwise and it was really worth every trip)!

An absolutely divine culinary experience. I booked a table at this restaurant for dinner on December 24th. Practically overlooking the Arno river we started this tasting journey and gradually I was increasingly happy to have chosen them.
We opted between the two menus available, the Search menu.
Everything was truly perfect, the dishes, the elegant and refined environments and the service. I congratulate all the staff for their excellent work.
If I were to return to Arezzo I would stop there again.

During a short holiday in Arezzo, to celebrate our anniversary, my partner and I went to dinner at the Terramira restaurant, attracted by the excellent reviews and the pigeon they have on the menu (a dish of which I am a lover and admirer).
In order to get to know and appreciate the chef better, since it was our first time at Terramira, we chose the Territorio menu, accompanying the dishes with an excellent "Il Patriota Rosè" from the Fregnan winery recommended to us by the sommelier since we were oriented towards a sparkling wine rose.
The kitchen's welcome aperitifs are good and varied. the various types of bread and breadsticks offered are excellent, all made by them.
The dishes were all to our liking, very well presented and in all of them the excellent quality of the raw materials and the mastery of the chef stood out. The courses I liked most were: tortelli with rabbit ragù (if I remember correctly), mushrooms and truffles and pasta and Zolfini beans with bird sauce, molluscs and crustaceans; the pigeon was good, about which I would like to say that the portions were really very very small, I would say too small (at Cannavacciulo the portion is definitely more abundant...), the desserts were excellent.
Young, but very attentive and kind waiters and sommeliers. Obviously the price is high but in line with other restaurants with a Michelin star.
In summary, excellent service, beautiful environment, well-spaced tables, very good dishes, a place that I recommend and to which, if I returned to Arezzo, I would gladly return, to review the quantity of pigeon.

One of the very rare starred restaurants in the province of Arezzo which is located in a silent corner of Capolona and which offers an unexpectedly wow view of the Arno. Run by two brothers who know their stuff in the kitchen and in the wine list, the success of critics and the public is growing visibly with due merit. The tasting insists on raw materials from Casentino, delicately balancing river and forest, rural valley flavors and genuine mountain flavors. Char and anchovy meatballs (served as a "fixed" starter) are my top dishes. Perfect service: refinement and exclusivity is never out of place and does not make the customer uncomfortable. Not your every week restaurant, obviously, but the experience is certainly memorable.

I tried this restaurant as a couple with my girlfriend. The location is very elegant without leaving anything to chance. Recommended for couples. Food and service of the highest quality. It was a really beautiful and engaging experience. Also interested that you can choose a different menu between people at the same table. Reading the other reviews maybe this was not the case before. In total perfection of the evening I want to emphasize the care and professionalism of all the staff in significantly modifying the dishes to meet the needs of my pregnant girlfriend.

We had a fantastic evening at Terramira, it is such a lovely place & we felt really looked after. Great food and a great atmosphere, in a lovely spot overlooking the river.
You can choose from two tasting menus or mix and match between the two, which we did. We particularly enjoyed the trout dish starter and the desserts, but all the food was incredible. The wine pairings were also excellent.

Beautiful Dining Experience - you wouldnt expect such great cuisine in such a small village. But the Terramira team make the trip worthwhile. Great menu composition, innovative preparation and combinations, but always down to earth and based on trul great tastes. Definetly up for a Michellin star, if they will ever find this hidden gem.

It was a nice surprise. The place is beautiful from the entrance to the main living room, the views to the outside from the glass walls are spectacular. Food is delicious. The staff strives to ensure that you receive the best care. The tasting menu is very good, and the wine pairing goes very well. Furthermore, the city where it is located is super beautiful.

Nothing to say about the food and the location, everything as expected, sorry for the service that was not up to the task. the night I had dinner we were a total of 9 diners and two room managers. We asked for 3 aperitifs and they forgot to serve it to one of us leaving it for almost 10 minutes with the glass empty. The sommelier totally ignored the shortfall by pretending nothing had happened.

We had dinner at Terramira. This was the third time but the first time this year. It was again excellent. Great place, great food, great service. Great refined dishes, very well presented. They truly deserve a Michelin star. One of the best restaurants in the area. Thank you staff of Terramira!
