After a very busy day of sightseeing around Tuscany, my husband and I had a delightful pizza dinner here. We shared a Mixed salad which had a good ingredients, including arugula. We each had our own really big, about 14 inches, pizza. There was just...enough cheese, not outrageously cheesy like American pizza usually is. The tomato sauce was very good. We also each had a good beer. Service was very friendly and efficientMore

Was very nice on a rainy day to eat this pizza inside the restaurant. All the pizza was very good the staff was very friendly there. The cacio de Pepe pizza looked amazing.

Small Pizzeria located at piazza martiri della liberta. Authentic pizza with flavors on point. A very nice place to people watch to as everyone comes through the arch into the village right by the restaurant.

This is a very nice pizza restaurant just inside the gates of Pienza. The pizzas are of the Tuscan thinner and crispier style and are very nice. Around ten euros per pizza and there are many options to choose from. They offer some pastas too,...but we did not sample any. It was busy on the terrace on a Monday lunchtime in late July, so to avoid disappointment perhaps book. Having said that, tables turned over frequently so if you have patience you can just wait for one to be available or eat indoors.More

I had my "big match" dinner in this pizzeria on the night of July 11 while the Italian team defeated the English players. I had the best parmigiana di melanzane and the best pizza I ever had in Tuscany. Very nice service as weel and...asbsolutely honest and fair final bill.More

The lasagna was mildly underwhelming but the pizza was nice. It is a nice stop if you are in Pienza.

Homemade style pizza served well. A busy restaurant with friendly staff. Never any pressure just a relaxed but buzzing atmosphere

It certainly wasn’t the best meal we’ve had this vacation. The staff seemed a little hurried. Didn’t allow us to choose the table that we wanted (it wasn’t reserved, the next walk-in couple was offered it), so we didn’t get off to a great start....Food was adequate, but not the cheapest when the quality is considered. Not bad all in all, but definitely could do better.More

A group of friends and I had pizza at Pummaro and we were perfectly satisfied. The pizzas (of which there was a wide range) were large and plentifully topped. One criticism would be that the base was a little too soggy meaning that the pizza...was difficult to hold. The al fresco dining offers you to look out to the remains of Pienza’s city walls, which is a lovely view to pass the evening. The staff were a little inattentive at times but the restaurant was busy so it was perfectly understandable at the time. I’d be happy to return if I was back in Pienza.More

Superb pizza and impressive juggling baking by the pizza baker. Pienza is our favourite small Italian town
