You will find the Bikery at a world class venue on the Te Awa River Trail - the perfect distance from town for a stroll or ride to earn that coffee and bite to eat! Our kitchen team put together a delicious seasonal menu as well as a variety of fresh cabinet items, sweets and guilt free treats. We use good honest local produce where possible, including free range and organic foods.

Thought we would try this cafe as had heard good reports about it. Ordered hot chocolates and counter food of sausage roll with salad. Really nice. Sausage roll had lovely flavour and a thoughtful leafy side salad with quinoa. All their counter food looked fresh with healthy flavour combinations. Nice selection of savoury and sweet food. Hot chocolates were a little on the sweeter side than normal and came with a chocolate fish - yah! The service was exceptional and best of all we could talk as the cafe was not echoing and the music not loud at all. Well done. We'll definitely be back. My new favourite place!

Perfect mix of good food and sunshine!

Even getting in late for lunch there were good menu options, but just a reminder that the cabinet food is mostly gone if you aren't quick here! Great choices for GF and DF diets. If the weather suits its a perfect setting to sit out in the sun and order a delicious coffee, made well every time, with options for alternatives to dairy milk. I had the most delicious keto egg scramble with prawns, and I'll be back for another round again, it was super fresh and delicious and the keto bread was spot on!! Great service, very friendly and attentive.

Best Eggs Benedict ever

Perfectly poached eggs on wilted spinach on crispy rosti stacks and slathered with hollandaise - delicious! Crispy bacon and hot smoked salmon were our extras, absolutely fabulous. Great coffee too and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I came here for lunch based on good reviews but sadly found it underwhelming. On arrival at 1.30pm we were told the kitchen was closed, though website stated 2pm close. On checking we were able to order. My egg bene with vegetable side looked great but had no taste sadly. Two nice eggs on two large warmish hash browns. The coffee was nice. We also ordered a slicenof banana and blueberry loaf which tastes stale and was hard. We asked for it to be heated and it was transformed to edible. Lovely looking cafe in the sunshine but I found it underwhelming and wouldnt recommend it.

Just had lunch, partner had savoury mince which he seemed to enjoy. I had the eggs - stingy with one piece of bread and 2 slightly over-cooked eggs. My choice was at the cheaper end but would still expect 2 pieces of bread. Coffee was tasty but $$$ at $5.50.

Be pepared to wait and wait

Not a particularly good experience. It was crowded so asked how long the wait time was. "10 to 20 minutes" was the reply. Well 45 minutes later we were told that one of the dishes ordered was not available. No real apology, just one of those things apparently. Ordered another, cheaper meal. No offer of a refund, no gesture of apology like a free coffee perhaps, nothing. By this time we were very late so ate up the so so meal and left. Never again Never again

The beautiful cabinet display offered a wide range of options to cater to various dietary needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and keto. ONE OF THE TOP CAFES IN CAMBRIDGE

The layout and overall look of Bikery Cafe is brilliant! The food in the cabinets all looks terrific, and I love the use of edible flowers! The beetroot brownie was gorgeous, the pot of lime tea was perfect, and the atmosphere was great. Nice touch with the hearty goodbye from one of the staff when we left. We will definitely be back and will be recommending this cafe to our guests.

Great Smoothies

Lunch here was good, the bike theme included throughout the Café is very fitting. There is plenty of seating both inside and out and a nice choice of healthy food on the menu and in the cabinet. The smoothies were very yummy too.

Those sausage rolls are the best I have had.

It was last year snice I had the sausage roll there and I'm still thinking about it. They are the best I have ever had. I really need to go and try some of the other stuff too, if it is not available. But snice reading recent reviews on here, I think I really need to go again. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

very relaxing after our long bike ride

My scone was a good size and very tasty....they others all enjoyed their choice of morning tea.. a great place to stop and refresh ourselves with good coffee after a long bike ride.
