We found the entrance to this restaurant just off the main strip. There is a allergen menu which is unusual for Crete. Most dishes are gluten free. It's a fair climb up the hill to the actual restaurant. It does offer a great view over...the town and of the sunset. I had the baked potato starter. It was 2 baked potatoes with garlic butter for just €2.50. 2 of us had the chicken fillets main with curry or chilli sauce. We enjoyed them. My wife had the beef stiflado and also enjoyed it. We had bread with a dip (barbecue sauce and yoghurt) followed by vegetarian lasagne and lamb chops. The staff did their best to create a pleasant atmosphere but this difficult with so few customers. The food was good and we enjoyed the complimentary cherry liqueur.

Really good food, the view is great and the service is good too. I'm normally very critical when eating meat but I ordered the pork fillet and I was very pleased with it.

We came here whilst shopping in Platanias and were so impressed with the food and service (plus fantastic views) that we returned for the sunset later in the week. Try the stuffed peppers. They are amazing!

We ate here tonight! Do not bother, it’s a dump! The decor is all derelict and when you walk past the kitchen it makes you feel sick. We persevered, and had the most disgusting prawn toast starter, then had the most horrible raw steak! We...all hated our food but as we were on holiday did not want to moan! Ordered the house small bottle wine and it smelt funny and came in a home made bottle!!!!! It was, as we left they offered us more home made crap, what is that all about. Then we paid and didn’t have change, they kept it! Worst meal ever!!!!!! Then walking down in heels and no hand rail. £120 euros for the worst meal ever and keeping the change!!!!!! Views are lovely but not to experience a horrible night!!!!!More
