Great wait staff. Good wine. The food could certainly be improved on. It would be wise for the owners to consider that everyone who comes takes on the task of getting there! I had what they refer to as a chicken burger, and it was very run of the mill, slice of chicken breast, very substandard bun, the usual dressings for a burger, we're all but forgotten. No lovely slice of red onion, I don't remember if I had tomato, and the lettuce, so-so. In a place so wonderfully blessed with beautiful produce, it is what I expected though sadly I did not get. It should have been beautifully stacked and displayed on the side of the burger rather than on it to prevent wilting in case there's a bit of a wait.

Amazing food in an even more amazing location with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains (that actually form the rim of a dormant volcano).
It's worth the trek up the mountain to this hidden gem. Food was excellent, unique and reasonably priced.
Bring a light jacket as it is much cooler up in the mountain than at sea level

This was more than a dining experience. Even the drive up to the top of the mountain (literally) was an adventure. The setting was magical, and the in-house ambiance was great. After ordering, the food came to our tables faster than expected. My daughter and I really enjoyed our dishes. The cooks knew what they were doing, and our waitress was attentive. All in all, a great experience.

We had dinner here twice.
The view is exceptional.
Absolutely worth it!. You drive to the restaurant via a beautiful mountain road, once at the top you are rewarded by a fantastic view. The restaurant looks very clean and tidy.
The food is good and you can eat here for a very reasonable price. You won't find anything better in this area.

Excellent all around. The food was delicious, we ate breakfast and dinner several times and it was always very good. The service was great, especially Carlos, very attentive and providing a wonderful experience, he is the best. Definitely the top restaurant in El Valle.

The view is amazing on the top of the mountains. The service was 5 star and we had special treatment we were even given the hard rice which we had cravings for.
Totally recommend Las Nubes as a must stop when you are visiting el Valle.
We had an amazing tour guide, Miguel from @caminandoelvalle that showed us this amazing place after our hike.

Definitely the best restaurant in El Valle, is a must. The service is incredible, Carlos was the best of the best! You must try El tipico and El Vallero on breakfast and all pastas are an excellent choice for dinner, apple pie was perfect! looking forward coming back

My wife and I got the HIGHEST pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Las Nubes and the only thing I can say is: SPEECHLESS. The attention, the handling, the way the administration was involved with the preparation was speechless. Definetely a very special treatment for a VERY special moment. Absolutely something for the decades to remember.
Interesting Fact: It was the First Wedding celebrated at the restaurant but Luis, Jose, Ariel and team were always around like true professionals and passionate for their work.
Recommendation: if to plan to visit them, we also recommend to stay at the Hotel Nomada.

Impressive views and fantastic food. I got probably the best shrimps I have ever had. A tomahawk well cooked and a very gourmet tuna. In general nice place and food! Worths the visit!

This is a great spot for a date! Food was amazing, drinks are even better! The servers were great, very kind! There is a great big window with an amazing view of the mountains, that depending on the weather can be covered by clouds

My wife and I have been to Las Nubes at least seven times, and it's always a wonderful experience. The food is delicious and presented well. The service is professional and friendly. But the real draw is that amazing view. Once you've been seated in the lovely dining room, you gaze out at an astonishing mountain view. Some days, you're above the clouds! Las Nubes is a perfect, cool, and endlessly scenic respite from the hotter days at the beach elevation where we live.
