Reliable wifi, plenty of comfortable, well-lit table space, house-roasted beans (that I buy for home), and a very diverse menu of coffee, tea, slushies, boba, and savory and sweet baked goods. They are often out, but they make a very simple and tasty smoothie of spinach and apple for a cold, refreshing, nutritious boost.
Many drinks they feature are heavily sweetened, but you can request less or no sweetener.
I often order their breakfast sandwiches, which are like a gourmet version of McDonald's McMuffin sandwiches.
They also offer a meal prep service for which you can pay per meal!

Our favorite spot and the best food we found in Saipan! We went here multiple times during our stay. Everything is high-quality and delicious. They also have a really nice atmosphere, friendly people, and good wifi :)

The English Muffin was delicious! Tho portion size is a bit small... Thai Milk Tea was alright, the taste of milk was too strong it masked the taste of tea leaves. Given there’s no other Thai Milk tea around, I’ll give it a 8/10 for its authenticity. Atmosphere was great!! Very relaxing and plenty of space. Ideal place to spend time with friends just chilling.

Pretty nice cafe in the area and I'm glad they open quite early, at around 7am in the morning! Got the Sausage and Cheese English Muffin! The Cheese was melted which made it really good! Also got the guava snow, which was quite nice as well!

Cha has great breakfast sandwhiches. The breads here are soft and fresh, and the eggs and meats are cooked to perfection - not greasy. They have a nice drink selection. If you want a light breakfast to pickup for a day out and about in Saipan, this is a go to place!

Stopped by with my husband for some coffee. He had an iced Americano and I had an iced Caramel Latte. We were satisfied with the service and the coffee. This place also serves some sandwiches, muffins and pastries. A nice place, but parking is limited.

I love this place! I came here to finish my job applications for other companies I wanted to work for. This place is a must visit place, staffs working in Cha really has a great smile towards their valued customers. There is no complaint about this facility. The coffee shop really looks like a coffe shop well designed and its comforts matches the line up for its amazing interior designs. This place is great for building relationships and bonds with friends and families, people should come here more often.

We found the desserts to be delicious! We came back the day we were leaving for drinks & wifi while we waited to head to the airport. Loved the ambiance and the service was fast & friendly. Our drinks tasted great :)

Decided to have coffee at Cha. Service was good and friendly staff. The location is near the Casino and other restaurants. It's busy so traffic should be considered. Parking is limited.

This cafe is in a very good location, near many restaurants and some popular hotels. The decoration does feel like a Starbucks, though they may have better selection of tea drinks than Starbucks. Unfortunately, their coffee is not as good as Starbucks (even though I consider Starbucks' coffee is just okay). Their price is relatively high. While I came here for their free Wi Fi, the Wi Fi actually didn't work when I was there.

I oredered a cup of ice cafe latte. The price was the most expensive among the menu. That was worst choice ever. They don't use steam milk!! I wondered they know how to use the espreso machine. Is that a real espreso shot?? Do not go this cafe if you are coffee lover. I wasted my $5 and my appetite and time. 아이스 카페라테를 주문했는데 스팀밀크도 안쓰고 그냥 우유랑 커피랑 얼음을 컵에 담아서 줬어요 가격은 제일 비싸게 받으면서 진짜 최악의 커피였습니다

I have had their drinks with pearls several times and always enjoy them. A friend recently told me about their chicken salad sandwich, I'm hooked! The prices are reasonable. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for your order so if you're in a rush it might not be your best option.
