Delicious pies, great selection if your in the area don’t forget to to get yourself a coffee (up to our Wellington standards lol) and one of the many amazing pies. We got a leek and potato pie, cauliflower curry pie and a steak and cheese...pie they were brilliant so much so we grabbed some cold ones to heat up the next day. Will always stop here when traveling down south.More

Stopped for what we thought was a quick one to pick up coffee for 7 of us in two campervans. Ended up getting slices and donuts too for morning tea. Returned to cans and decided we couldn’t leave without pies so returned for 7 of...them to have later. OMG everything was handmade and amazing. Loved it all. Do yourself a favour and definitely stop. Murchison is a cute little spot too.More

We were delighted with our pies. Great flavour and presentation- clearly made with love, by a baker who really cares about his work.

Wow, the pies we tried were phenomenal. It was like eating a meal in a pie and I loved the pastry as it was not greasy or heavy, just a perfect package for the meal within. We had boysenberry donuts too and loved how they...were not over sugary and the ham tasted homemade. I want to go to Murchison again just to try more pie flavours. Thanks so much, please let us know if you start selling in Christchurch.More

Little caravan piled high with yummy things - we tried a few doughnuts, ginger slice and cinnamon buns. YUM. Good coffee too.

I live locally in Murchison and wander down to the bakery a couple of times a week to pick up my bread. The sourdough is seriously good, just the right consistency for my liking! Usually I time my trips so that I can grab some...lunch and relax at the picnic tables. The pies are great, there are some pretty unique flavours and the fillings are well done not just topped up with gravy. The coffee is also really good, for my taste they do the best espresso in town!More

Would have to say I was expecting a top pie from such a specialist small business. Tried two pies & they were unique in their combination of fillings, but the pastry was not of the right type, and compared for example to the Fairlie Bakery’s...pies, they just didn’t cut the mustard.More

Thanks for your support, our pastry is very unique and is a sour cream pastry so absolutely nothing like that of Fairlie or similar. Thanks for giving us try, in the very competitive NZ pie market we try to do something different, which may not...More

We found this place thanks to all the wonderful reviews on trip advisor (though nearly didn't find it lol!). The Beef Chilli pie is an absolute delight! Good Mexican flavour and a nice kick to it. The red meat lies are all slow cooked and...there is an excellent vegetarian range too. The donuts were good. Not crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle but the perfect filling made up for that. Coffees good too. Really friendly guy and a nice family run operation!More

Ordered the bread and boysenberry donuts online the night before. Picked them up the next morning, along with two coffees. Had a great chat to the owner, he does a super job. Wish we could have tried his pies, they looked devine!

This cute little caravan serves great coffee and a divine range of filled doughnuts (eg lemon or blueberry). There were freshly baked loaves of bread for sale, along with other yummy things. I think I remember seeing some outside tables and chairs.
