Unbelievably rude server. Justin was serving and was obviously grumpy as I was only ordering take out for the ferry journey. He was rude, pretty ignorant and stupid with his poorly researched and basic views of the world. He is racist and really let down...More

Bahahahahahahaha.....Feelings are very mutual here... glad to see you wont be returning to our cafe, I should've refused to serve you and your pretentious attitude in the first place... Mere 'servers' like me aren't entitled to an opinion in your eyes... Cataracts are the thirds...More

Lured by the "cafe open" sign on the road to Snell's Beach, we drove down to the Cafè Sandspit, for the first time in many years. They needn't have bothered to put the sign up. The door was open, but that was about where it...More

Nice location and view. The food is just bad. Really bad. Every element to the "big meaty breakfast" had been in some way ruined. Either undercooked, overcooked, underseasoned or just plain wrong. Wanted some good quality produce, cooked nicely. It was the worst food we...More

Dirty knives and forks in a tin can on the table. A cook in dirty clothes that said he was a fine dining chef - must have been his dream to be as he wasn't in reality!!! Food edible but not impressive in taste or...More

i imagine you enjoy putting others down to make yourself feel better about yourself... However you just come across as a pretentious loser. 63 bucks for three full meals and three drinks is cheap i reckon.

Excellent food, service and location! What more could you ask for? Gluten free choices for a coeliac? They had plenty of those too! One of my favourite places to eat out.
