Loved this cafe for brunch. I have been eating my way around NZ sampling eggs Benedict and this place is in my top 2. (The other is a farmshop outside of matamata)

We stopped here for coffee before heading up to Cathedral Cove, and it was so good we came back for lunch. The breakfast menu seems to be served all day so I had scrambled eggs and bacon which was huge and delicious. My husband had a smoked salmon salad which also looked quite generous and was very nice. There was... More

Sorry, but I don't remember exactly what I ordered for lunch. We had flown in from the US to Aukland and immediately went to Hahei. We stopped here for lunch and what my wife and I both ordered were absolutely fantastic!

It's the only Cafe in town so it's a little overrated. Overpriced typical food. Our waitress was so rude when we said we got the wrong coffees. If you're starving its one of the only places to go since the town is extremely small. I wouldn't go again better to pack a lunch and eat at the beach with a... More

Hahei is a great spot, but there is not a lot of choice for good coffee. So to stumble across Hahei Beach Cafe and Coffee Supreme coffee, we were very happy. On several visits to the cafe we got great service along with great coffee and food.

Stopped here for coffee on the way to Cathedral Cove and lunch on the way back. Popular place, they offered good coffee, and eggs Benedict. Nice staff and food.

It was very nostalgic coming back to this location after many years, and living overseas. Obviously its changed hands and menus since back then and it didn't disappoint. Its a very relaxed place to sit and read, reflect, plan your holiday plus it is in a fantastic location (walking distance from one of the best beaches in the world!) Food... More

We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday. The cafe was very busy but we were served quickly. Our choice was from the counter. Staff were friendly and efficient. The food was good and well presented.

We wandered in our first day in Hahei and after that first meal we were hooked! We ate breakfast and lunch there and grabbed snacks to go all three days of our stay. The service is gracious and very New Zealand (slow, just relax and enjoy it!) We tried sandwiches, salads, breakfasts, and cookies/pastries -- all were delicious! I asked... More
