Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Menu was good. Drinks were good The meal quality was good - although our salads were missing the indicated avocados. Prices were on the high side. Service was just okay, I would describe our server as indifferent and unobservant. Overall the experience was good but it could have been better.

Adelita provides very good Mexican food in a West Concord strip mall, near the railroad station. I had the chilli renallios for dinner, which were pretty good and served promptly. A nice surprise was the spicy Mexican chocolate ice cream for dessert; the slightly spicy mixture made the ice cream even better than average.

Food's decent but impossible to reach anyone by phone. I ordered and web site said food would be ready in 50 minutes. Got there and had to wait another 40 minutes. Menu is also limited and some of our favorites aren't offered. Food itself is okay. Guacamole was okay bit not stellar. I hope they up their game or they may not survive Covid.

Excellent lunch at Adelita - had 2 different taco plates with sides of rice and beans, as well as wonderful guac and amazing fresh chips. The taste of everything we had was a cut above most Mexican restaurants in the west. suburbs - all dishes were made from very fresh ingredients. Dinners can be noisy, however, as there are hard surfaces everywhere and no acoustical treatment in the interior design.

The entire staff is amazing. You are greeted with open arms upon arrival and it continues until your bill is paid. Always attentive, always friendly and fun! Food is delicious!!!! We sat at the bar with mind blowing margaritas made from scratch and everyone around us was in agreement that the food was outrageously delicious. You can't go wrong starting with the guac and ordering any of the tacos. The simple arugula salad with perfectly cooked steak was equally flavorful. Wish we had room for dessert but portions are ample.

Adelita does not disappoint. The service is friendly and attentive, the food is fresh and flavorful, and the Margueritas are great. We had the shrimp tacos and carne asada, they may have been the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever eaten in the Northeast. The huge basket of complementary ships with salsa is to die for. Great for lunch, looking forward to the patio opening.

Delicious enchiladas and tacos with ingredients that were fresh and well cared for. Our server was just the right degree of attentive, and several other staff came by to make sure we had what we needed. The ambiance is great, really enjoyed the vibe. It's about a 30 minute drive for us, and we'll definitely return.

Adelita is a casual Mexican restaurant, with a good and natural menu, and plenty of parking. The smoked barbacoa lamb tacos were exceptional. The refried beans had a unique texture and were very good, as was the rice. The guacamole and chips were ok. The margaritas were fine, although the blood orange margarita was over-the-top sweet. I would go back!

The staff was particularly accommodating and friendly. We sat in a nice outdoor spot.
The food was not particularly good. The chips were commercial. The red salsa was ordinary. The meat in the enchilada was overdone. The beans and rice were bland.
The green chiles salsa on the enchilada was good.
Nice place to sit but not to eat.

Good food, pleasant server, great air conditioning. They use their own farm-raised meat and anything on the menu should be good.

This is a fairly quiet restaurant and bar in Concord. The drinks are strong and good, the food is good, and service is friendly and attentive.

It was all very good, but being that it's owned by one of the areas coveted restauranters(Woods Hill Table) I had higher expectations, but that doesn't diminish that the food and service were great. Perfect portions for the big eater, and the food was surely better than most taco bars, and equal at least to the stuff I've eaten when I lived in TX. Not a wide menu selection, except there are plenty of taco offerings. Service was the highlight of our meal with the super energetic, smiling all the time, and attentive Hud being our waiter! Fun and lively atmosphere, albeit a bit loud at times. If you like Mexican, check it out... we'll be back again when in the area.

We would rate this as at least one of (or maybe the) best Mexican meal we have had. Servings were just right and the service by Hud was wonderfully cheerful and welcoming.

Lively Mexican place with colorful flags and lights on ceiling with inviting atmosphere, though somewhat loud for the hard of hearing. Booths, high-tops, and normal tables available, as well as some outdoor seating (less loud, of course). Hopping bar. Taco plates seemed a bit sparse for those with big appetites, but my carne asada platter and my mother's fajita dish were great, and we even took leftovers home!
Good drinks, and our server Winnie was fantastic--knew the menu inside and out, apologized for reaching over for the menus (most folks don't even realize reaching over is not really acceptable when serving or removing dishes from occupied tables) and very personable.
Would return:)

Adelita is easily accessible with plenty of parking in West Concord mall. But dinner here on Saturday night was not an exciting experience we hoped for.
The owner of Woods Hill Table also applies the same concept of farm-to-table to this restaurant but, unfortunately, not the same finesse in food choices. The restaurant was decorated nicely with variety of seating options: high bar stools, regular tables and several booths. Very loud atmosphere as drinks are the main attraction here. Loud music (and not Mexican) made conversation difficult.
Our server, Cheyenne, was very polite and fast. Unfortunately, food was not at all exciting - totally bland Ensalada Picada consisted of mostly lettuce with 2 minuscule bites of avocado and a tiny tumble of dressing, missing both salt and acidity. A side of refried beans was tiny. Tacos with fried fish did not excite my husband either - the tortillas were soaked in oil that did not taste fresh. The only truly tasty dish in our dinner was actually a small bowl of salsa that came with tortilla chips. It is obvious the restaurant is oriented on drinks as a main source of revenue judging by the size of drinks menu.
We will not be back.
