Tasty Meal with Excellent Service!

My wife and I visited on a very busy Friday evening and we were lucky to score one of the last tables available. The restaurant was located in downtown Concord and there was ample parking in the area. After placing our order, they placed a nice basket of soft bread with a dipping marinara. Very tasty and a good start. We both began with a small house salad. This was not your typical house salad. This had fancy greens and a very tasty house vinaigrette dressing. The portion was more than generous. My wife ordered the eggplant parmigiana which came with a side of spaghetti and I had the Frutti Di Mare (Spaghetti with shrimp, haddock, scallops, and clams). The red sauce on each of the dishes were tasty. My wife loved her eggplant and sent an empty dish back. The right amount of cheese and sauce was on the eggplant. It wasn't smothered or swimming in the dish. Portion was generous. My dish had a nice offering of seafood and the portion was more than generous. Empty plate back to the kitchen, Unfortunately, we did not order dessert because we were stuffed. The service was very good and friendly. The prices were very reasonable and we were surprised how inexpensive the final bill came to. If we were in the area again

Great Birthday dinner 2021

Went to Fiorella's Concord now that you can make reservations for Judy's dinner. Drinks to start: French martini with Grey Goose vodka and all the diet Coke I could consume (I think I had 5 tall ones). Their bread sticks are 1/2 to 3/4" wide strips of flat bread with olive oil and seasonings served with marinara dipping sauce. Delicious. Judy had her favorite meal which she always orders.. Scallops Lemoncello.. Cooked perfect with scallops that melt in your mouth on rizzoto. Super delicious. I had my favorite veal parm over linguini. Excellent meal. We were served by Sheridan who made our meal special. When u never have to ask for anything is good. She knows how to make the evening special. We will return and ask that Sheridan be our wait person.

Best of the Trip

We stopped here after a long morning of traveling across the country to have lunch (to us)/dinner (local time). This was an excellent start to our trip, and ended up staying as number one, though admittedly we had a lot of good food and I didn't really know how to rank them all. We seem to have a hard time finding decent Italian food back home, and I wish we had more places like this around home. The food was good, our server was friendly, and it was just a nice experience.

UNFORGIVABLE

Friday march 6th, my girlfriend and i sat at the bar for dinner and few drinks. We sat at the front portion of the bar, which spans about 22 feet. Im not going to sugar coat this. Too many chairs on the bar. if they removed one chair, i wouldnt have had to been repeatedly elbowed by the patron to my left. We honestly felt cramped. So we ordered our drinks, which were fabulous. Next was the entree. We ordered the veal to split. So surprisingly our split meal veal plates showed up 7 minutes after ordering. I was immediately thrown off. we start to eat the veal and it was very tough and bland. I called the bartender back and said " Excuse me, was the veal frozen? She replied it wasn't, but it obviously was frozen..and frankly it was inedible. I called the bartender back and told her that the veal was inedible. She apologized and offered another option. Disappointed, we opted for the bread and marinara sauce. My family and i moved to concord 3 years ago, and we've been to fiorella's twice before. The last time my girlfriend and i were there, she ordered the shrimp scampi, which was very disappointing. This time, sending out a 28 dollar frozen piece of breaded veal was appalling to us. How dare they! I guess when you're one of only 3 restaurants in town, you can slack on quality. And because of that, we will never return to fiorella's. It actually upsets me that i am writing this review. One would think fiorella's standards would and should be high..this is a historical town and there isnt much competition. Shame on fiorella's management!!!

"Classic" chicken Marsala was tasteless

We chose this as it was nearby a show we'd seen in the area. Atmosphere was lovely, staff very nice. Good wine list. The house marinara sauce and breadsticks were the best part of the meal. My husband had eggplant parm, which was pretty good. I was nostalgic for chicken Marsala and was very disappointed. More a broth than a sauce, no Marsala flavor, huge chunks of undercooked onions and very little chicken. Will not return.

Awesome Italian Food

Great spot! I have been in the Concord area for about 7 years for work, but it was our first time going to Fiorella’s. The food was delicious, what Italian food is supposed to taste. The homemade fusilli pasta was fresh and you could tell the difference. The risotto ball was very taste. My husband was very impressed. We took home a flourless chocolate torte. It was not my favorite, it tasted more like a brownie and it looked like something a kid would shape using ploy-dough . Also they gave us fudge on the side, which had more of the same taste. I would have thought some raspberry sauce would have been a great complement. The only place to go for flourless chocolate cake is Pastiche in Providence, RI. But the meal was great that we forgive them for the flourless torte.

Great food and great service!

First, our server Rachel was outstanding!! No matter what she does in life, she will be a success. She has the right attitude. The calamari appetizer was excellent. The Bolognese was outstanding. The flavor was terrific and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The carne trio pizza was made with high quality dough, sauce and cheese. First class! We are eagerly looking forward to another great meal here with Rachel as our server!

Excellent Scallops Lemoncello

The scallops lemoncello were superb, the veal saltimboca alright, not outstanding. It could have been more flavorful and not so loaded with potatoes. One person's veal parmigiana was excellent, the other's tough and difficult to cut. All four of us agreed that Jason was an exemplary server whom we will request when we return. When ordering, be aware of the upcharging for some pasta substitutions.

Great Italian Food

Our family found this place on a trip to the quaint little town of Concord. Everyone loved their dishes. Not a family to order desserts, especially at lunch, the main dishes were so good that we had to try the desserts. Amazing. Friendly service, timely food, and a great atmosphere.

sealed surprise envelopes are so fun! and of course food is yummy!

I've visited a couple times in the last two months, once for my uncle's birthday and then to use one of our sealed surprise envelopes, which is such a fun activity! I had the lasagna both times, because I love the combination of fresh pasta, bolognese, and their famous tomato sauce. The second time, the breadsticks were a little tough to bite into and the fettuccini that my mom ordered with her chicken parmesan was undercooked, but she was too hungry to send it back - so she ate the better parts and took the rest home. The goat cheese and glazed walnut salad is awesome! Also, the shrimp scampi is a definite favorite for my sister who is dairy-free. We look forward to our next visit to find out what's in the other secret envelopes! (visited 12/13/21 and 1/12/22)

Food and Atmosphere Nice, Service TERRIBLE

We only live 10 mins from the restaurant and had never been before. When we went in we were shocked that we had never thought about going before. It was really a cool space with an impressive menu. The food was solid too. What killed it for us was the service. Never before in my life have I/we felt so belittled and disrespected by a waiter before. Literally never. We were dining with some people we hadn't seen in quite a while so were at the table for a long time when the waiter told us that we needed to leave because he/the restaurant needed the table. I completely understand the restaurant's need to turn tables and am sympathetic but his delivery was aggressive, rude and utterly inappropriate. Not to mention there were open tables next to us! Sadly (for Fiorella's) none of us will ever step foot in that restaurant again nor will we recommend it.

Absolutely heavenly!

What's not to love? everything here was perfect, the people, the staff, the clean restrooms the exposed brick walls and most of all ...THE FOOD! Our waitress was the most excellent Isabell who was quick, personable and very charming. My wife and I enjoyed a house salad and a dish of scallops that were beyond delicious. I would return here every time I come to Concord.

Outstanding Food & Staff.

My wife and I had a great dinner at Fiorella's. My wife had the best Linguine and Shrimp dish ever, and I had their excellent red sauce with rigatoni & meatballs. We can't say enough about the tasty dinner we had. We look forward to coming back for dinner again the next time we visit Concord.

Best Bet for dinner in Concord!

There's a lot of reasons to visit Fiorella's for lunch or dinner. The food is delicious with lots of options for apps and cocktails or a full dinner and, the atmosphere is cozy, upbeat and vibrant. We live nearby and frequent often and enjoy every visit. Kudos to the patient and friendly waitstaff. Laura M.

Super food and service with a smile (behind her mask)

Went to Fiorella's for my birthday and had food and service that was great to celebrate me being a three-quarter-centurion!!! (Now how old am I?) Drinks were super.. Pear martini for Judy and draft Jack's Abbey- coming to Boston dark beer for me. Food... Scallops Lemoncello for my wife and Frutti De Mare over penne pasta for me. So delicious and fresh and ample portions that we have lunch today. No desert as we had no room for it. Sheridan, our waitress made the evening perfect. She is funny, attentive, and everything you want a waitress to be. Give her a large tip! We will return when Sheridan is there. If you go ask her about the origin of her name. Very interesting.
