Both food and the service were fantastic! The dishes are creative but also very tasty. Overall, great experience and would definitely go back.

Very good place to eat if you’re in the area. Together with Casa Marcial the recognized restaurants of the region. The salad with cheese ice cream was absolutely amazing. One request, even if you take the menu, try the fabada, it can be too much...but worth to try. I just need to say for both restaurants and for all places in the region: you guys have great cheese in Picos de Europa, why nobody has a nice cheese plate to try what the region has to offer?More

Great experience: excellent avant-garde food based on and inspired in local products. Superb service y an absolute cozy atmosphere. If weather permits, dinning at the patio-garden is a must. Tasting-menu absolutely recommended.

It is not only the fantastic food, it is the place, the service, the chef, the restaurant. It is a must in north Spain. The best malt bread I have eaten ever and one of the best culinary experiences in my life. Thanks team. We...will come back 🙏🏻More

A very interesting tasting menu offering a wide variety of enjoyable tastes merged with clever presentation and considerable cooking skill. The "full" tasting menu is not for the faint of appetite! On average the shortened version is likely to be more than adequate. Decent wine...list. Very knowledgeable and helpful maitre d' made sure our food arrived at a sensible pace and that the wine was one which both accompanied and complemented each dish throughout the menu - not an easy task due to the variety of dishes.Delightful premises. A very successful evening at remarkably little cost.More

While unimposing from the street, inside the restaurant is quite attractive with both indoor and garden seating. There are two menu degustations, long and short, and you can order a la carte although why anyone would do that in a restaurant of this type is...beyond me. We chose the short menu, which is anything but short, at least 12-14 items, and it was plenty. The presentation is inventive and quite beautiful, the service delightful, and the food offered a variety of unique and wonderful tastes. After all, who would mix Jalapeño and Ginger and have it be wonderful. We’ve eaten at other Michelin starred restaurants and this one in our view lives up to the rating completely and was a wonderful experience. We would return without reservation.More

This is a beautiful restaurant, with inventive cooking and a flawless presentation. Not every course was a culinary home run, but each was stunning in its own way. I don't think I have ever been to a restaurant where the aesthetics were so pitch perfect,...the garnishment, the cutlery and the choice of dishes all blended beautifully. We were told by the hotel that the chef's wife is responsible for the decor while the chef of course provides the kitchen talent. Although we spoke no Spanish and the chef and his wife spoke no English they were warm and friendly and deservedly proud of their first rate restaurant.More

Fabulous place- beautiful design and a sense of total calm. Gorgeous space and wonderful service with a smile. The food is off the charts great! Seriously fabulous in every sense - the best raw materials married with a chef who has passion in abundance -...the alchemy comes across like a revelation- the true taste of the product but packaged in ever so surprising ways. Case in point the pearl oysters - mind blowing. And so much more...... a must try when in asturias !More

This venue looks basic from the outside but when you enter it’s a real surprise. The decor is lovely and a bit quirky. Service is correct. If you go for the the set menu it appears to be good value. We booked well ahead and...usually I am offered the set menu option with adjustments due to my allergy as I book ahead. This time we were forced to go a la carte. The aperatives were mostly very good, especially the Cabrales cheese with white chocolate. The corn cake was ok but I have had better since. The croquette was good but I had better for half the price the next day. The meat was excellent quality, though we paid for it....What was disappointing was the €18 euros for 2 glasses of fizz and the mark up on the wine list. Most wines were well overpriced for the quality. Our bill came to €170 for 2 - without coffee. We are foodies but we also look for the quality : value ratio and this was out of synch so we wouldn’t go back.More

At the end of the restaurant is a little patio with some sitting filled with beautifully arranged flowers, mostly hydrangeas. Everything seems carefully arranged and what I presume is the owner oversees it all with just the right amount of attention without being overwhelming. The...food was great, and she readily accommodated my lactose intolerance while maintaining excellent quality.More
