This place is in a small strip mall and is a bit hard to find as they don't have any big signage in front, but it is worth the search. We had the Chicken Katsu, the Chirashi bowl, and the Key West roll. All were...excellent. I love this restaurant sooooo much!!! We go at least once a week to see what specials they're having. One of the latest specials is the Love Me Salmon Roll! It's spicy tuna and asparagus inside with seared salmon and mango salsa on top! Amazing!...Fantastic always!More

I never get tired of this place and brought another friend to try their sushi. She said she wasn't going to try raw fish, but she tried it not realizing it was raw. She loved it and felt safe eating more sashimi. Another happy customer...and I loooooove the employees!!!More

I brought a friend new to sushi because everything here is amazing and super safe to eat. She now loves sushi and wants to come back to try more. If anyone has ever wondered about trying sushi, but was too afraid to try it for...sanitary purposes, this is the place. I've NEVER gotten sick here. Some raw rolls have strong flavor, but I never feel like I'm going to throw up after eating the sushi. I only feel sick because I ate so much delicious food!!! I devour the food here!!!The people here are great! Smiley, friendly, well kept!!! The restaurant is always clean. The owner comes out in her kimono some days during dinner hours to welcome guests, make sure they're enjoying the experience and building relationships with the customers who have been coming back for years. She's super great! This place puts some of The St. John's Town Center sushi bars to shame. Try it!!More

I've been going to this place for a little over a year and it's very underrated. A lot of the customers are familiar to the servers. The servers always help out each other and this is the only Asian restaurant I go to where they...smile, plus it's genuine. The hibachi is amazing! Love the spicy tuna! Tuna Fusion Roll is great! I trust the sashimi here and I've never gotten sick. Sometimes I'd eat here just to get food poisoning so I wouldn't have to go in to work, but I still feel great afterwards. Be brave and try the super delicious raw sushi rolls! I love this restaurant!More

Great little place for sushi...family like attention...they know is by name. Always a good time, great food and service. Nightly rolls posted not on the menu. I have never had better sushi than we get here!

I had dinner at this location and it was very nice . The sushi was fresh and the presentation was very good. They provided a Pineapple dessert on the house. Staff was very friendly. I will go back to this location

I ate lunch at Fuji Sushi with a friend a couple of weeks ago, and the clear soup and vegetable sushi rolls were fresh and delicious. My husband and I look forward to eating there several times a year, so we took the opportunity to...go for lunch today. We ordered exactly what I ordered two weeks ago, but the experience was completely different. The tempura bits in the soup tasted like they'd been fried in old oil. The vegetables in the sushi rolls didn't taste fresh, the rice was oddly dry, and the rolls hadn't been put together with Fuji Sushi's usual precision and flair. My husband started feeling sick quickly after beginning to eat (my indigestion started later), so he ate about 1/3 of his lunch. The staff members were apologetic but did not offer to replace the food or provide a discount on our check. The overall attitude was unusual, and we wonder if management or sushi chef staffing has changed. We will not be back. Truly disappointing.More

After watching a movie, we were hungry and craving for some sushi. This place came to mind since it was near the theater. We had u don't soup, California roll, crazy roll, Philly roll and white tuna sushi and everything was good. Service was ok.

Went with a friend on a week night, and though it was pretty busy, we received good service and got our food in a reasonable amount of time. Prices were decent, and we got a nice little fruit desert for free at the end. I'd...go back here again.More
