Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It was our last night in Manhattan and the meal we enjoyed was one of our favourites. I had the rabbit and my partner the salmon, both excellent. The crème brûlée to finish was divine. Loved the cosy decor and the 2 staff on shift...were efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend dining here😋More

Petite Boucherie is everything you could want from a restaurant experience in Manhattan. It is both elevated and unassuming. Perfectly situated between the fervor of major city arteries, it seems to anchor the neighborhood and invite you in as one of its regulars. As a...party of one, I was able to indulge only so much - but I either chose the best of everything (escargots, champagne + steak tartare) or everything is just that on point. My bet is the latter! Dining alone offers great insight into a location’s spirit – and the managing team (Suzana + Balsa) made me feel like a guest in their home, creating an experience that was truly a highlight of my travel.More

Delightful interior and great service let down by very average food. The frites were cold and slightly soggy and the salad was so heavily dressed it had wilted. The steak didn’t have much flavour but was well cooked, rare, as ordered and accompanied by a...tasty tarragon sauce. I wouldn’t bother going back.More

A bit too casual for valentine! There is a nicer and larger restaurant of the same name “La Boucherie” that would be fine.
