Casual. Counter ordering and food pick-up. Nice that if you eat in, the food is served on real (plastic) plates. Sandwich choices include bagel, bread, and wraps. My chicken (in a wrap) was juicy, but so juicy I had to watch out for drips. Cold beverage choices include both fountain and bottles. It's popular, so sometimes it gets a little crowded inside. There are outside tables to use in nice weather (which was not when we visited in early February).

It is often hard to find really good bagels outside of the New York city area, but Ruby K's has real authentic bagels, as well as a good selection of salads, sandwiches and smoothies. My grandkids love the bagels (they are picky eaters) and enjoyed a strawberry smoothie. My wife and I had the cashew chicken salad, which was very good and our daughter had the Sunrise sandwich which she like very much. This is great place for a quick breakfast or lunch and the service was quick and friendly.

Stopped here for lunch after visiting the Manhattan National Historic Park, which is right across the street. The bagel sandwich options included some vegetarian fare and featured interesting and delicious ingredient combinations. Yum!

Ruby k’s is a must in Los Alamos. I so glad to see them making it even in crazy Covid conditions. If you are visiting it’s close to museums and Ashley pond.
They will customize your sandwich. My favorite is chicken cordon blue specialized by putting it on focaccia bread instead of a wrap.

Ordered a sandwich and got it 35 minutes later. The kids working here were saying "sorry for the wait" to virtually every customer they served.
Plenty of staff. Just poorly trained; no supervision.
After the long wait, sandwich was mediocre.

These bagels are LEGIT!!! We went after church on a Sunday so it was pretty busy. I was worried they would be sold out of the bagels we wanted, but they still had everything we wanted thankfully. I got the veggie bagel sandwich which I have been daydreaming about ever since - it was so good! My son got a panini which he said was amazing. We also got a green chili bagel with plain cream cheese to sample - I could have eaten a dozen of them! Can’t wait to come back!

A guest introduced us to the owner Ruby! Good chat. This diner has been open for 19 years. The parking lot was packed on a Sunday. Lox on an everything bagel. Mocha plus brown sugar and cinnamon syrup. Flat white. Sandwich

Great place for breakfast, lunch or brunch. Real bagels, which many small towns do not offer. Can get busy, so plan on a line to order. Salads, sandwiches, etc. Lotsof choices. Wish they had more vegan options, but would still go back if I were in town. Skip the hotel prefab breakfast and come here.

Great little place for sandwiches, bagels, smoothies, soups. Can get a bit crowded. Service ok—give your order nad they call your name when read.y. Great for a quick bite for lunch while visiting Los Alamos.

A usual stop for us when in Los Alamos. Always busy. Great service and food. Bagels are varied and yummy. Prices about on par w other establishments in the area. Highly recommended.

Ate lunch here after visiting the museum. Food was quick to come out and was excellent. Bagel sandwiches, wraps, soups, etc. Dining area was busy but still kept clean.

Just left this place. Told a couple of guys that they needed masks in the restaurant. They laughed. Not one employee said anything. I wonder why COVID cases are exploding. Never go back here again

This place was recommended by a local and we were very pleased. Great food, fresh ingredients. Healthy food on a budget for weary travelers. They have much more than bagels.
