KFC never goes wrong. The ole reliable fried chicken. Aaaaand don’t forget the mash potatoes and cole slaw. YUM!!!

It's KFC Taco Bell

We don't have KFC Taco Bell in Japan (we have them separately but Taco Bell is harder to find) but this seemed like a pretty standard KFC Taco Bell to me. The staff was nice. The service was a little slow, but I kind of feel like that was pretty standard all around Saipan while I was there. The portion was HUGE though, I feel like my crunchwrap supreme was definitely larger than the ones that I have eaten in the mainland US.

Fast Friendly Service

Went for lunch and was very crowded but the service was very good the the system in place brings the food out very fast.

KFC issues

I don't normally complain... but as a standard restaurants are prepared for lunch demands. On numerous occasions they don't have items on the menu during peak lunch demands... we are regular customers and this happens very frequently, not to mention the grill for the grilled chicken has been out of service for 2 or 3 months.(my wife says 4 months). We're getting tired of craving one thing and having to settle because of poor management. Hopefully these issues get resolved soon.

empty food w/ terrible communication

you have got to be kidding me?! when mistakes are made, the cashier gets bashed on by a white short filipino guy with a nasally tone preparing my food. it may have been partially the cashier's fault but it is also your fault sir. don't put it all on the cashier, you're the one preparing the food. however, the female cashier always makes mistakes throughout every visit. my buddies always have something to say when we visit kfc. i was absolutely disgusted when, on july 22, my nachos was EMPTY. the white filipino I mentioned earlier tied the bag so tied, put the nacho box at the bottom and gave me no access to check my food. because of this, i trusted him. i drove home to feed my kids and, when we opened it, THERE WAS NO TOPPINGS, NOT MELTED CHEESE FOR CHRIST'S SAKE. i'm not sure if they're on a budget or in a hurry, but i was completely disappointed. i was too angry to drive back. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE, DON'T TRUST THEM.

Salsa is extra - if you get someone who knows what Salsa is

So my first trip to Saipan Taco Bell and it will be my last. I needed something quick. They don't know quick. Tacos should be easy to put together - basic tacos here - ground beef, lettuce, cheese. Got the tacos, and asked for salsa. Then there was a discussion between staff "where is the salsa? What is salsa?" Then came "how much do we charge for Salsa?" It turns out they don't have actual Taco Bell salsa. They have some little cups they put salsa in, and they charge 50 cents a cup. I told them that was like opening the tacos and finding there is only meat in a shell and them saying that it is 50 cents more for lettuce and 50 cents more for cheese. SALSA comes WITH TACOS. Unless you're on Saipan. Ugh. Oh - and the meat was not at all hot and had a lot of liquid in them that quickly made the bottoms of the tacos so soggy they fell apart

Not Bad

Good service, good chicken. There shouldn't be any high expectations but KFC shouldn't let you down. Always there for the pie slices and rice bowls. Pot pies are delicious and tacos are alright so far. Only place I know to get a quick taco.

Worse quality than the mainland Taco Bell

I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande with my pizza and both items lacked a vegetable or three that are normally present in the mainland branches. The chips were also more soggy than the usual Taco Bell standards.

Only if you want to wait for "fast" food...

While this is one of only about two truly American fast-food joints on the island, it ultimately isn't worth any saved time. It's almost always busy beyond capacity during the lunch rush, and the trouble is more than it's worth. The KFC dishes are slightly smaller than in the States, and the Taco Bell dishes as well. Good luck finding a seat, or filling your appetite!

Kids loved it

On a two weeks vacation in Saipan our kids insisted on going here twice, they liked it and I enjoyed the colonels chicken! Not close to hotels, need a car to get there.

Tops Worldwide!

The staff and management are some of the best people you can ever hope to meet. Every time I visit, I am greeted with smiles and compassion. They do things right! I have traveled the world several times over and this KFC is tops in my book! taid4824

Extremely slow service

This restaurant has no clue that fast food means you are supposed to get your food fast. It is easily the slowest "fast food" restaurant I've ever seen!

I don't really go in KFC in Korea, but I went with my brother and husband at the first time. Was really good! I liked that it wasn't so different like I expected. Large portions and delicious!!!!
